Prompt customer service care and response but was disappointed by shipping rates to Kuwait. I was under estimation expectation of 10-15$ but found it's min of 30$.
Ok. I had to spend a bit of time contacting support as someone else's parcel was in my locker. This was my first order so that was a bit annoying.
Also, was unclear why my order was labelled as hazmat when it was galaxy ear buds!
I've bought from carters 2 times giving them the correct address, when it arrived to my locker I've recived an email saying I'll be charged 5$ because I've giving them the wrong address
Too expensive, and also there was a message showed " This shipment contains hazmat which limits the service levels available". And this is not true
They didn't notify me before I made the shipment how expensive this would be just to ship and gst, it costed me $100 AUD just to ship, that's ridiculous

I paid for my item to be repackaged for extra protection. And they dameged my item, my item is an extremely rare vintage art poster. I'm quite angry about this and disappointed. The whole left side of the poster was damaged. I will never use Stackry again.
