THIS SITE IS A FRAUD AND A SCAM. THEY SAY EVERYTHING IS CUSTOM MADE BUT THEY DO NOT ASK FOR MEASUREMENTS. AND WHEN IT DOESN"T FIT THEY REFUSE TO LET YOU RETURN. THEY OFFERED $10 AFTER I SPENT $250 ON TWO DRESSES AND SHIPPING. IT IS NOT IN THE UK AS ADVERTISED BUT IN HONG KONG AND CHINA. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! YOU WILL NEVER GET IT BACK AND ALL YOU WILL HAVE IS A CHEAP PIECE OF FABRIC THAT YOU CAN"T WEAR

I ordered a dress. When it arrived it was poorly made, too small and I had ordered slightly bigger than their stated measurements. They do not except returns nor give refunds. Even using PayPal protection did not help. Now stuck with ugly, too small expensive dress.

I ordered a dress for my daughter and I wasn't sure how it was going to work out,. I did get multiple emails from customer service to help me with the measurements. They were kind enough to bring it to my attention. When I sent in a measurement, that didn't makes sense. I appreciated the attention to detail and how responsive they were. The dress came faster than I anticipated, and we were generally happy with it.
