Videos are good quality and definitely have a womanly vibe as they advertise. May go back and look again but still shopping around.

I saw this site on ABC Nightline and then read a bunch of stuff about it. I was intrigued I wanted to see exactly what "porn for women" or "female friendly porn" was and joined. I really liked the site. They seem to cater to a lot of different tastes and I found the site and content classy.
Bottom line, I felt like I got my money's worth and have actually joined a few times, most recently with my boyfriend.

I just answered Tim's question below, on how to contact Sssh and cancel his membership. Than I noticed that there are a handful of people (4 to be exact) complaining they could not find a way to cancel their membership either.
I hate to state the obvious, but Site Jabber has kindly provided everyone with Sssh's customer service phone number and email. The same phone number and email address that's on their site. Yet there are people here saying there is no way to contact them.
Just saying.
P.S. I personality have never had a problem reaching out to them, and I've been a repeat member for years.
I paid for the 48 hr trial membership and careful reminded myself to email my cancellation request prior to the deadline - two hours before, because I read a review that you had to be careful to cancel within that time period or would be automatically renewed. However, I received a confirmation that they had cancelled my request but my credit card was billed an additional $19.95 for another month membership. When I called their customer service department to point out the error, I was told that they did not receive my email until two hours AFTER my trial membership expired - even after I told them I had written proof at what time my email was sent out and stamped on their response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this site - scurrilous practices.

There is no link on there site to cancel and This company will charge your card 1 min after your 2 day sub is up. DO NOT SIGN UP THE SITE IS A JOKE, ITS BASICALLY JUST A BLOG. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Automated links
We also accept cancelations from any email address on the site.
All these options are listed on the page prior to the join page, the join page itself right under the submit button (join now button), because it's the one place on the site that everyone has to go and in your email confirmation. I'm sorry you did not see them.
Yes we also have them in the Terms and Conditions, but we have found that people rarely read them, which is why we have it in so many places on the outside of the site.
As for the prompt billing, please realize our system is automated.
I'm not sure how to respond to us being a "scam". We have been in business since 1999, have won numerous awards and have been featured in the media.
We provide a feature rich website, that includes not only original movies, but also radio stations, a virtual world, original novels and stories and a host of other features.
I'm am truly sorry that you had such a bad experience. I guess the old adage is true, you can't please everyone.

I did read the other reviews here, prior to joining. Here is my take away. Don't call a site a scam or rip-off because YOU DIDN'T READ.
I will be rejoining in the future.
So let me tell you my story about Sssh. Last year I had to cancel my membership for a couple of months as I could not afford it. I emailed them and was talking to someone named "Skye". I explained that I had to cancel until I was back on my feet again, but that I would be back as I was totally crushing on one of their male stars (Ryan Driller). Yes, I actually told her that. Anyway, she canceled the membership and life went on.
About a month later I got an email from Skye. She had seen Ryan and told him I was a fan. Attached was a short video of Ryan saying "Hi" to me and a scanned personalized message he wrote. Skye snail mailed me the note.
As far as I am concerned, they have the best customer service on the planet. Far above what I would have expected from any business. Remember, I was not even a member at the time.
Hats off to both Sssh, Skye and the rest of the staff, for an exceptional site and customer service. They made me feel like I mattered and they have won back a very loyal customer.
My wife and I have joined this site many times. We both enjoy it. Very high quality movies. Great experience.
Ripoff. Sucks you into 1-month automatically renewing subscription when you do 2-day subscription. Refused to refund my money since I hadn't read the fine print, even though I never used part of the 1-month subscription.

There is no fine print on the site. All our terms are either the same size font as what is displayed on the page or larger. For instance, on the join page on the left hand side, in a giant light pink box (so it stands out), in a font 4 -6 times larger then anything else on that page is a header that reads..."Please Remember..." It very clearly states that we rebill.
That same statement, along with numerous ways to cancel, including a live 24/7 customer service phone number, and automated link are located in numerous areas of the tour, including the email confirmation you received when you joined.

Love this site. Blethyn H. - Yes they rebill, but it is very clearly marked on the site and even in the email they sent me when I joined. I have been a member off and on for many years and have never had a problem with canceling, in fact I would say their customer service is superb, as I keep forgetting my login LOL

Just a few things to set the record straight:
Sssh is not a Scam site. We have been online since 1999 and are viewed as one of the most customer service oriented sites in the adult internet space.
As for the "2 hour" cancellation you mentioned:
Our VERY visible cancellation policy with regards to rebills state "If you purchase a trial membership for 2 days, your membership will automatically rebill at our monthly (30 day) rate of $19.95 and thereafter, unless notice is received from the Subscriber to terminate the subscription. Notice must be received 12 hours prior to the renewal date.” This is specifically for email cancellations.
However, there are other options that take place immediately which include phoning our 24x7 live customer support line for immediate service, and a link to a self-serve cancellation page located right under the “Join Now” button. There are no time constraints on these two options. Our phone number to cancel is on the tour of the website, the join page, the page prior to the join page and in the email you received immediately after you joined.
