I know this is an old question but writing as a warning for others who come looking like I did today. The person who answered, Ursula, is dead wrong. First of all, users do not receive a confirmation email or even an emailed receipt. Secondly, there is no way to manage your account while logged in as a member. Yes, there's an email and a phone number to contact them. I have emailed them and I am still waiting to receive a response. As for calling, I am currently on hold with them and have been for an hour with no luck. Every thirty second or so, a message pops on saying I may press 2 to leave a detailed message but the first time I called and tried, I found out the voicemail box is not receiving messages - so now I am on terminal hold.

I found a number of cancellation methods listed on the tour of the site and in my email confirmation. Give them a call 603-465-9088. They are open 24 hours a day with live people actually answering the phone and no phone tree (yeah). There is also a automated form and I believe you can cancel via email. Easy Peasy Like I said check the site and your email confirmation, everything is listed there.

I have to admit, I read the reviews and laughed. A handful of people couldn't find a way to cancel, yet Site Jabber also publishes all their contact information and the customer service number. Anyway, hope this helps Tim. Sssh is a great site!
