And my SSL seems to be expired now, WHY?
The steps could be made more clear - tell the buyer that you first buy a certificate and the make it specific for your domain, etc.
Forcing users to make comments defeats the purpose of the survey by making users unhappy with your product. Otherwise you would have received 4 stars
The getting the actually SSL was a bit confusing. It said I had to contact someone when in fact the process confined on your site.
Please indicate more clearly that you can not change the domain when re-issuing the certificate. It would be useful for the developers to use them.
