So good, but you need to explain a bit more the Common Name and write in bold letters this common name it's what we will secure with the SSL certificate we're buying.

The update button don't worked as fast as it should and I were trying to change the cart for only one year of certificate 2-3 times.

The site is easy to use, but I think it is confusing to compare two different certificates. I'm not sure which one better fits my needs.

I did a little mistake in my CAA record, got a mail from the help desk and the problem was resolved within 5 minutes. Great support!

I'm not sure about the big rebranding before mentioning the SSL/TLS vulnerability in the newsletters. You must care about heartbleed but not even a 'sniff' unlike loads of fabulous honesty xxx
