I wouldn't recommend your site to others, because then I would miss out on a sale!
Also, it took almost 24 hours to issue the cert. Not sure why the delay...

I subscribed Positive SSL for my website. The certificate issued very fast. It only takes less than 15 minutes until https shown at my website. Very recommended.

Some other places we looked at purchasing a SSL certificate from wanted $49.00 a year.

We paid $8.99 for exactly the same thing.

Works fine. One minor: the bought certificate for 4 years still needs an annual activation.
I'm informed of this fact after buying the certificate instead of before.

Everything was great except that when the website autofills the requester email address from the certificate domain it should not autofill with www.in the email address. I did not check the email before submitting and end up contacting the customer service because I couldn't activate the certificate because of the wrong email address. Don't forget to check your email address before confirming the purchase!

The new interface is awful, not very intuitive at all. Plus it is more like from kids online games rather than business like website. I liked the older website and did not see a reason for a change.

It took a little longer than I thought it would for the certs to be delivered (about 36 hours), but if they work when installed I'm sure I'll be happy. And I have no doubt it will be fine.

The whole process was very easy, and the price was 85% cheaper than buying a certificate from the hosting company. The only problem I encountered was my mistaken belief that RECEIVING the certificate meant it had been INSTALLED. But customer service was fine, and installation took very little time.

You need to advise that your prices are in USD, or you should show the exchange rate for the country where the order is placed from. Other than that great service.

A little confusing initially compared to what I was using before but support via the chat window was very helpful. I then added an SSL to a second site. Great price!

At the end, it would be good to tell customers the certs will be coming shortly via email. I was left wondering what's next.

Everything worked great except that when I was trying to re-issue a SSL certificate I received a crypted error message. I initiated an immediate chat just to find out that the root SSL authority was doing maintenance and re-issuing SSL was not working. I waisted 30 minutes.
