I made a mistake on the administrative contact email address and support says there is no way to fix it other than canceling and getting a new certificate.
The correspondent staff were very kind. Although it was canceled this time due to my hosting server, I would like to apply again if the environment is set.
Very easy to understand and compare prices and options. Cert came in a few minutes. One observation is that the chained/intermediate certs come in a ca_bundle file. It wasn't clear to me initially that this corresponded to the chained/intermediate file that my isp was asking for.
Great place to find the best SSL certificates and prices! Still however waiting for info on second SSL placed on the same day. It has been processed but not delivered. I'm sure it is on its way.
I'm concerned that I have to "renew" annually. This is ripe for fraud, if the company goes out of business, there's no way to "renew" a certificate I have already paid *years* on.
I really appreciate the customer service I recieved Via chat. They had walked me through processes and also answer any question that I had. Thank you again for making this an easy transaction.

After completing the purchase and providing a certificate request that met their specification, the process for verifying that I can receive administrative e-mail for the domain I was applying for was quick and I had the PositiveSSL certificate I purchased within five minutes. I did find their specification for generating a certificate request a little more stringent compared to other certificate authorities I have worked with in that some certificate authorities will look the other way when things like locality information are missing but they will make you regenerate your certificate request if any required fields are missing.
Worst SSL purchase experience EVER! Do not purchase from them. My SSL cert was arbitrarily canceled due to 'risk assessment issues'. I spent hours trying to resolve whatever the issue was to no avail. There is no contact phone to reach this company. Calls to the parent company namescheap inc went unanswered. Online chat took almost an hour before they admitted 'risk management issues'. Online tickets submitted are still unanswered. Here's the biggie - they canceled my SSL cert without ever notifying me or requesting additional info. They just canceled it and said nothing! I would have provided any info requested to confirm the cert. I am an IT engineer who has purchased hundreds of SSL certs. This was the worst experience ever. I have filed complaints with BBB, FTC, Visa, Their parent company NamesCheap Inc, and Comodo - the cert provider. I purchased elsewhere and was back up and running in 10 minutes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Everything worked well. The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars to everything was that I couldn't easily find upfront information about how I would install my certificate once it arrived.
The price was excellent, the process was well documented, and everything was quick! I've never done this before, but I'll definitely come back to SSLs.com next time I need a cert. Thanks!
The array of products offered is overly confusing, and they are not differentiated.
Furthermore the whole SSL cert business is an irritating racket... but that's not your fault.
Easy to use, but asks for some redundant information, and upon returning to cart to verify some things it did not retain data I had entered during checkout.
Good to get an overview of several products that simplify making the choice for the right certificate for my purpose. Easy and clear interface that helps a lot.
