I hope I made the right choice by buying from you after doing iver 3 hours of research... hope you will be here to assist me through everything to ensure this is successfully done! Thanks
I am very happy with your product and service but my internet provider had made it difficult to set it up on my site. They are the gatekeepers and they have been dragging their feet:-(
This wasthe first time I purchase SSL certificates and I was a little bit apprehensive. However, I found the process extremely easy, and in a matter of minutes I had them installed and working in my web server.
Emailed reminders and quick renewal at a great price.
Giving me a discount saved me having to search for a good deal.
Tutorial for installing into cpanel is outdated though:

I was at first suspicious about cheapssls, but my shopping experience for certificates with them was actually the best I had in a long time: I was able to order, pay, set the CSR, receive my certificate, and set it on my server in less than 20 minutes. Oh, and it was 80% cheaper than the actual SSL provider website!
Still not remembering and filling Company name and VAT code fields. Same problem for ten years - are you listening at all what feedback is provided to you? Bad. Really bad.
I found the installation process very confusing. No help on ISPconfig on the support pages.
I tried these ISPconfig instructions numerous times (https://www.httpcs.com/en/help/certificats/tutorial/how-to-install-an-ssl-certificate-on-ispconfig). I eventually got the first certificate installed but the process I used was not the one in the instructions. Not even sure how I did it but it seemed to fill in everything except the bundle automatically. Couldn't replicate the process and had to get my hosting company to sort it. A video would be helpful.
I had some difficulties finding out to print my invoice. As I bought certificates on behalf my company, the "print" button was not so visible. For the rest, just perfect.
During the initial ordering process, getting from the account setup screen to the payment screen was sluggish and encouraged me to click the next button more than once. After completing the purchase and providing a certificate request that met their specification, the process for verifying that I can receive administrative e-mail for the domain I was applying for was quick and I had the PositiveSSL certificate within five minutes.
Very happy with the SSLs as usual. However, when asked to enter an address when I selected PayPal, it was a little unsettling to see the address fields 'upside down' with the Country first and my first address line last.
My first SSL/web server. Had to search for some information on another sites (to know how SSL working, type of certs, verify low performance overhead). Price lower than I expected, SSLs web site looks like a good place to buy security services, has green checkmark (the most secure as I understand, I wouldn't buy cert othervice). Apache configuration took a couple of hours (I had to remove password from private key to make it work). It's working fine right now, thanks to all involved.
PS: nice email messages, feels like I'm speaking with an old friend.
Very good support: at the beginning I used the wrong CSR request and contacted support after generating the (wrong) certificate, asking how to re-issue my certificate with another CSR. The people from the support were very helpful and organized things so that I could quickly generate a new certificate.
In the past, I have purchased SSL certificates elsewhere, and I still shop around regularly, but for the last several years, I always arrive at the conclusion that SSLs.com (formerly CheapSSLs.com) is BY FAR the #1 best place to buy ANY/EVERY time of SSL certificate. They haven't always been perfect, but they have always listened to feedback and responded well. For example, in early 2013, I complained that CheapSSLs.com did not accept American Express although its sister/parent company Namecheap did. Today, SSLs.com does accept AmEx.
So at this point, it has become pretty hard to find fault with SSLs.com, but I do still have one minor pet peeve: The SSLs.com site allows multiple credit cards to be stored, but it will only store one Billing Address. In other words, SSLs.com assumes that all of my cards have the exact same Billing Address (which is not currently true for me). It would be more convenient if each card could save its own Billing Address.
So far so good, first time going through this process. Need to get these activated as quickly as possible. We have three sites going up but need the SSLs to launch and be safe: DIAMONDBACK.io, DIAMONDEX.io and DiamondRedEnvelope.com.
If there are any questions that you need answered for the validations, please don't hesitate to call and contact me. Thank you for your assistance.
I very love it its very easy to deploy it... recomended SSL reseller ever i'v ever use. Clickable and booomm very easy to use,,
Shopping has been fine. We have to wait & see what the product is actually like.
*Still waiting to see how this will work - Host Gator seems to have a problem with installing it.
The web site make the discont. The discount was there regardind the package seletced. There was nothing to claim.
Simple process, easy transaction. Pro tip: Check with your hosting company prior to making the purchase in case you need support. This is where a good hosting company is worth a little extra $.
I have purchased SSL certificates from you in the past and recommended your services. Very satisfied with the price and customer service provided. Thanks!
We have a delay. Beacuse of these:
