I have tried to submit this twice without putting in a written comment. It takes some gall to force a written comment from a consumer just because I purchased a product from your company. Actually, I was trying to avoid making comments that you might regard as excessively negative, contentious or degrading which, as you point out in the "comment guidelines," are subject to removal. I will not do that, but I will tell the truth about my experience.
Now that I have that out of the way, some comments: I found the written instructions to be incomplete and very difficult to understand. BTW, I have three university degrees including a Ph.D. So I do not consider myself stupid or incompetent. However, I had to contact customer support three times trying to get this SSL Certificate installed and activated. The first two support personnel attempted in good faith to help but their help lead nowhere except to deeper frustration.
The third support person was different and I reached her through the help request link on the front page of the site. She was absolutely outstanding and walked me through each step of the installation and activation by asking questions and providing short, specific, straightforward instructions. Prior to talking to her I had been working on this more than six hours. After I started working with the third support person the certificate was installed and activated in less than 10 minutes. It does not have to be an ordeal. A few simple straightforward instructions and a little direction from a competent professional and the job was done.
Great experience and good documentation, quick response and follow up in the order and delivery process. The service of SSLs.com adds to our business philosophy, quick, direct, no-nosense and complete.

I have bought couple of Positive SSL certificates from ssls.com and was never disappointed with their service. Comodo SSLs that they are offering can be activated in no time and without any hassle. Plus these SSL certificates are as mush secure as any expensive positive SSL certificate from other SSL providers.

Just a sugest a affiliate program, I have already pointed out the site for many peaple. If there was a small affiliate program that pays even if it was 50 cents for each indication. Would be amazing.

The SSL certificates are relatively cheap, but only when you buy them for 3 years right away. But the plus is that the support guys answered my questions in a few hours.
The link in my gmail, 'Renew Now', didn't work, so I had to google your site. Any why is this text so faint, like the white background, I can hardly read it?

Even though our hosting website 3dcart, is charging us $99 just to "install" Comodo's SSL...Great savings for a 3 year 3rd party SSL...highly recommend for especially 3 year program FOR ONLY $4.99 A YEAR AND $14.97 FOR 3 YEARS! We were quoted $99. For their SSL from 3dcart for 1 year! Huge savings! Thank you!

The only downside is the conversion rates between BRL and USD, but it is not their fault.
Immagine if you had to pay almost $1000 USD for the same product. It costed me ~$240 USD, but converted to almost R$1000.
The only change I would make is make it clearer that you will confirm the common name for the certificate AFTER checkout. Other than that nice fast purchase with clear helpful Pre-Sales support operator (Thanks Margaret)

Some difficulty with not receiving the domain validation emails, but your tech support were BRILLIANT, set up DNS validation in a matter of minutes and hand held me through the process
I wish your wizard worked better. It didn't help at all. I needed to start a chat. The chat people are hit and miss. Some are good, others not so much...
It took about 24 hours to receive my cert. Just frustrating, not life or death. Once is excusable, twice will be the real test. It that continues, I will be gone.
Generally good. Would like a little more explanation about what some of the choices mean e.g. what is a static & dynamic seal? How do I decide which one I need?
