I was getting an error when I tried to purchase. That in itself wouldn't have been too big of a deal. The problem is that when I created a support ticket, several of the reps would answer without reading my question carefully and so the answers I got were useless. With that said, two reps did a great job: Sergey Shandyba and Daniel Gaponyuk were great. Thanks to them I was able to solve the problem.

The only issue I've had is that I cannot place your Free Logo where I want to on my web page. I'd like very much to be able to place the Comodo Logo wherever I want on the web page but your JavaScript forces it to the bottom left of the page causing your service to look rather, well, for want of a better word "cheap". If you could ask your programmers to make the logo placeable wherever I'd prefer to place it on the page that would be really great and I can actually promote your service. Currently, as you do not allow me to do this I cannot have your Free Logo service readily available.

I couldn't get a straight answer from my hosting company or from your support folks, when the answer was as simple as combining your support article on cpanel installation with a cpanel support article on the host. Part of the confusion started with you sending an email with next steps that didn't apply in my case. Now that I know the process, it's simple, but I was initially very confused.
I'm client of SSLs.com for few years now, but this time I experienced their excellent support.
I had made a mistake with the validation of the certificate that I purchased. I received a very fast response and within about an hour was able to fix the issue. In my case I had to cancel the original order and purchase a new one. It took the staff ten minutes to cancel the order and I was able to use the refunds immediatly to perform the repurchase.

I had a problem with 2 things:
1. It was a little hard to final the correct list of commands to run in order to prepare the key (with/without passphrase, etc.) and install it in AWS for an ELB. There was documentation on the site but it was still complicated.
2. I found out that the certificate was created with SHA-1 and I saw standard now is SHA-2 - so it was a little disappointing.

This was my first time purchasing from SSLs.com, they beat the price of Comodo Directly by hundreds of Dollars on the multi-year wildcard SSL that I bought. The SSL was provision almost instantly. I will be using them for all of my future SSL needs. Great work SSLs.com!
The installation instructions are not clear, especially the process of sending the csr key to get the PositiveSSL Certificate, but the support staff solved the problem in a short time. In addition, the service was great.
Very good. When purchasing a certificate, it's easy to miss the checkbox for Windows IIS/Tomcat if you're using one of these. It defaults to something else, so be aware of this. Otherwise I'm very happy with their support.
And if you're using IIS, you will save yourself a LOT of grief if you generate your CSR on IIS, and upload that to SSLs. It's easy to complete the certificate setup in IIS using the.crt file provided (same as.cer - you can in fact rename the.crt to.cer if you like before you upload it to IIS).
My experience with SSLs.com is always excellent but there is always a problem when checking with https://www.sslchecker.com/sslchecker that the root 1 certificate is missing. I tried to install the missing certificate and crashed my server this time. CPanel Support says that Contacting Comodo should certainly allow you to gain this bundle, as it doesn't appear to be the one actually provided at https://www.sslchecker.com/sslchecker. But I contacted Comodo and their response is to not use SSLChecker to check. Not happy with that response since this is an ongoing problem but what can you do!

Great price. Good site. However there is a bug on this form. Email and Name are pre-populated with '[object HTMLInputElement]' in chrome.
Also, on this page http://www.shopperapproved.com/surveys/index.php?id=*******&email=ssls whenever I click on a star rating, my page in chrome jumps around, its really annoying.
Very fast and user friendly. I would like to see more details on getting the SSL up and running on host sites. So far, I have not been able to get mine to work on the web host suite (JustHost) and the help available (unless you buy an SSL from them) is not helpful.
Paid for ssl certificate that doesnt work, cant even log in to get customer service because it's through a sit throught another site, through another site that doesn't recognize my email. When the intalled the certificate, it says it installed shows the logo and provides cert number but still no ssl, no https, basically I paid for a js script with a logo that does nothing, and no customer support. They get good reviews by asking you to review 3 seconds after your purchase before you even use the product. FYI I'm a developer, and installation isn't rocket science.
I'm very satisfied, so I want to promote Your Cert in Poland on 500sekund.pl. Now I'm creating tutorial how to get CSR and key, buy Cert, send it to host administrator and configure WordPress for better working.
Very cheap prices in comparison to most other sellers! Inexpensive SSL certificates that serve the purpose for very little money in comparison with the hundreds of dollars that most other SSL providers charge for exactly the same service.

But, to make better:
Send on mail with the crt's files instructions to install, send the "ca-bundle" maked (To save time of your clients).

Your integration with PayPal is extremely BAD. When your site forwards me to PayPal and I log in there, PayPal display the correct amount to pay, but ignores my existing bank account there, asks for bank account, then says this account already exists. No way to pay vie PayPal.
You should work on this with PayPal.
The prices compared to others is amazing. They have the price right for what it is. £49 is Over priced just for a SSL Cert. So the price they have is spot on considering I can buy a domain and VPS for a quarter of the price of a SSL Cert at places.
This review is subject to change. I spoke with your agent about using the ssl for the service ssl on a whm/cpanel machine.
At this time, I am having HUGE issues with the install. At this time, I dont know if thats because of me, the server, or the cert. If its the cert, those stars will go down, if its not, they will go up!
Purchased a 3-year renewal, then found out that it wasn't usable. I had to repurchase a 2-year version to be able to use it. Perhaps your purchasing page shouldn't offer a 3-year option if it can't be used.
