SSLs.com

It's nice to go to one site, get a range of products with descriptions in plain English. I have a good idea about what I am getting for what I am paying. Customer Support was helpful and friendly. I'm not happy that getting a certificate is such a hassle, but SSLs.com makes it much less of a hassle.

I needed an SSL certificate urgently, so searched the internet for the best price and explanation on the type of certificate I should buy, soon after reading about the different types, I bought the best certificate to suit my need, soon after completing the confirmations necessary, I received my certificate in an email. I was very please with speed in which all happened. Highly recommend the service

I've now bought several SSL certificates for a variety of websites and on a variety of hosts and they've worked out well. My one support experience was excellent (timely responses and knowledgeable advice).

So far so good.
Hopefully installing the certificate renewal on my server will be as easy to do.

It should be more clear that you cannot really do a renewal of your certificate on IIS 7 and that you must actually do a new certificate request. No a biggie but I did have to reach out to your support folks to resolve it and they resolved it quite quickly.

I had no idea how to do an SSL certificate. However the customer service was outstanding. Not only were they outstanding, they were very patient and answered every single question I had. Because of my lack of knowledge, I needed to reach out to them and it was well worth it.

Nice and clear website. Needed to use the online chat facility - and I was hugely impressed by the speed, professionalism, courtesy and technical knowledge displayed by Oksana Ka who helped me. What had been to me an impenetrable problem was sorted out in just 12 minutes. There's nothing "cheap" about CheapSSLs customer service!

The chat agent was great. I have several domains registered via namecheap and I am constantly amazed at the customer service your crew provides both there and here.

Support gave me a number of different websites to determine the problems. Comodo's site referred to in the issuance email is useless unless you are aware of what you're looking for. I've installed many SSLs for Microsoft SBS before but I've never had it take 3 days and 5 reissues like it did this time.

SSLs.com is great in providing SSL certificates for reasonable prices. Their support is great as well: once I had to contact their support because I purchased the wrong item. They responded at the same day and granted me with the refund without any hassle.

Purchase was quick and easy, but I had to go through the online support chat to get certificates for the.thirdparty.nhs.uk domains as the email authorisation mechanism has never worked for such domains (though they're fine for others). Fortunately, the support team are very good.

I was recommended to SSLs by an friend who is involved with IT. The ordering was simple, I did have a few problems my end but two sessions on the live chat solved everything. Both representatives on the live chat were great. Thank you.

Over all it was good. We are just having a problem with the seal displaying correctly on the site. My site admin is trying to resolve the issue, as ssl seems be installed and working but the seal says unable to connect https. My site admin thinks it may be something server side so he is working on it. I would be inclined to recommend SSLs.com to other site owners based on the value saving they offer

I love the fact that the buy process takes under 3 minutes. The site is super intuitive. This was a replacement cert for a Comodo cert whose CRL link wasn't accessible, causing some users to get certificate errors. I'm glad this GeoTrust cert works as expected. Good job!

Would be nice to have a way to verify the certificate request is valid before purchasing.

I discovered after purchasing that one of my internal domains wasn't accepted so I had purchased more domains than I needed.

Fantastic experience - simple, clean, attractive site design and easy to use. Once the certs were purchased, I got simple instructions on how to proceed which gave some useful pointers. I'll use them again, and recommend them highly.

There are some steps in SSL certificate creation that can be very confusing and result in errors and failures. I don't know if SSLs.com can do any better. It certainly isn't any worse than other certificate providers.
