I've had a very bad experience with this brand I don't recommend it at all. I had Bought trainers and they sent me another size so I called for a refund and I send back the item only for them to not only blame me, lie about the refund and the customer service was probably the worst I've encountered. I didn't receive a refund until I opened a case with pay pal, if you do plan on buying from then just make sure that you use pay pal even the product it was fake :(
I always have a great experience with Ssense. This time was a bit slower than usual and it's been difficult to receive answers from customer support (I know your team was overwhelmed) but the support that I DO receive is always amazing. Things are processed and questions are answered without difficulties and always result in a positive resolution. The only feedback I have is that during sale and holiday times that you hire some more staff for your customer support.
Bought a pair of Filling Pieces and I have many pairs of them so know that their sizes are actually one size smaller than the regular EU sizes. However, this company advertises their shoe sizes as EU but in fact they were actually a size larger. Not a mistake of sending the wrong shoes out but they fail to acknowledge that different brands have different sizing techniques. Failure to admit their lack of knowledge and wrongdoing
The selection of designer clothing is great on the website, however only request is to bring in more colours of the $155 stone island long sleeve. Otherwise fast and accurate delivery. Product was quality.
Versace sliders I bought are beautiful but absolutely wrecked my feet. I continue to wear them anyway and I think Ill break them in. I received the order promptly after ordering so I was very pleased with that
I emailed to inquire about returning an item. I was given the best service every step of the way.
The staff returned my emails in the friendliest manner within reasonable delays.
I will reorder based on this experience!
I have been buying from this online shop for over eight years and recently my last two purchases have taken at least seven days from when they were shipped to be received to me. This would be fine if it were not for the express shipping included in the purchase price. In the past, Ssense used Fedex and packages would be received within two days to California. These last two experiences are making me reconsider buying from here ever again.
It was my first time shopping at this site. FedEx lost the item and I am still waiting for a refund. I think the company should have refunded my purchase or sent a replacement item. Instead Ive been waiting for the FedEx investigation to conclude before anything happens. I have to say its frustrating to have to wait. Target has better customer service. One time a shipment that I ordered from target was lost and a replacement item was immediately shipped out and they dealt with the shipping provider.
I love ssense! I'm so happy I didn't listen to these annoying reviews because most of them are from people who live in the US. I have no idea how the shipping and all that works but if you are a Canadian resident it is AMAZING. I live in Toronto, Ontario and shipping was amazing. Around Christmas time I purchased some Saint Laurent shoes for my bf and they came literally the next morning with express shipping. I also purchased some Giuseppe's for myself and I didn't pay express shipping, it was normal shipping and got my order within 3 days. The shoes were both perfect and I've never been happier! Will most def buy from them again!
I could not be happier with my purchase. The shipping only took a total of 5 days. The customer service answered my email in under five minutes when I had a question. Product that came was packaged perfectly to ensure the product was shipped safe. The product itself was exactly what I ordered. Will order from this website in the future.
The items may be authentic (jury is still out on that), but I'm pretty sure that you're buying from the reject pile. I've gotten better quality from designer outlets. When I contacted customer support, they basically wouldn't have anything to do with me. Totally rude, terrible experience. Avoid at all costs.

Love the format -- items are easy to view; wide selection; prompt customer service and excellent about returns. Only thing I'd recommend is giving a more detailed description of certain items of clothing (whether trousers come unhemmed, can be let out, etc.).
Slow shipping, slow returns, and barely existent customer service. Their website currently says the phone lines are "down", and I was nearly 100th in line to chat with a virtual representative. I get the sense that they're doing plenty of business, but are either too greedy or incompetent to properly staff their operation. Only order from here if you don't have other options.
You made us pay $80+ for return. Never shopping here again. Terrible customer service. I've shared my opinion with an online group with 50k members that share the same thoughts. Perhaps time to rethink your strategies.
Ssense has stellar customer service and a great selection. Their representatives are always fun to talk with. They have recently streamlined the returns process which makes everything that much easier.
The only problem you'll run into is having to pay duties fees, like I say in the headline, this isn't their fault. But their good about it, take a photo of your duties payment receipt and they will let you apply that amount to your next purchase (site credit). Also due to the customs check, byour package may be delayed a few days.
Would highly suggest, ssense is my to go to for clothing, shoes, etc. Their sales are always the best. Drain my wallet daddy
I ordered a Parajumpers coat from them about 6 years ago during a 20% off sale. Delivery was quick but I only live about 2 hours away from their location in Montreal. Everything was as expected and that coat has kept me warm through some ridiculously cold weather. No complaints. They carry expensive brands but do frequently have sales.
Absolutely fine to shop with and I could track my delivery all the way from Canada to New Zealand, no fancy packaging with deliveries, just the shoes in the designer's dust bag. I shop online a lot, and so like to do some research on customer reviews, but really you can go around in circles reading what people say 'yes its good 'no its horrid'... I buy from the outnet.com netaporter.com forwardbyelysewalker, and revolve clothing... ssense stocks brands that are not available on the other sites,,, I just purchased some golden goose sandals 70% discount! And am very happy with my shoes, customer service are hard to contact though, I emailed them and got an automatic reply email... with no reply from them. Never mind they took my money and I took their heavily discounted designer shoes... transaction complete!

I ordered a Moncler Jacket, took 5 business days to ship to Toronto, ON + squeezed into a tiny box! You pay for a $1000+ jacket to receive the worse shipping and handling service out of any other fashion retailer online. Not recommended! Never again...

Bought a couple items from this site and paid for the express shipping option which said it would take 1 day, it ended up taking 7. When I sent an email complaining, they basically did nothing. Refunds are also difficult and time-consuming compared to other online shopping sites but I did end up getting my refund. Don't ever bother with the customer service email, because if they do reply it's just some bs answer; call them instead. But overall I would not recommend shopping at this site, renfunds are just too stressful to be worth it.
