I ordered a small ammount of gold, literally just 100g the smallest amount you can buy. Atfter checkout I asked live chat how long it would be they said 3-4 hours. Thought that was a little strange considering it was only 100g. I waited then asked live chat again if it was ready. They said "no sorry need 5 more hours" which happened 4 more times until i canceled the order. Got the email confirmation that it was refunded, bank account had showed I was refunded figured it was all good. Then I went to sleep and when I woke up to check my account, the same amount from the same company had been taken out again. Went to talk to live chat again, the person was instantly defensive and rude. They kept showing me an old screen shot with old timestamp saying that my account was refunded. I told them clearly my account was charged again for it.The live chat person then spent the remainder of the time calling me a liar and an idiot, saying there was nothing I could do other than report them as fraud to my bank... LOL who the hell does that? Ive never had a company tell me to report them as fraud to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Especially since I ordered the smallest amount possible. If they will take 4 dollars from someone they obviously have no problem stealing larger amounts. Never even think about using this site, you will strongly regret it.
