My experience with SSEGold at first didn't go as expected. However I contacted customer support and was met with a mountain of problems and friction until Allen Zeng answered my live chat. I am writing this on my own behalf and haven't contacted him recently, but I remember the kindness that he showed me, the patience that he gave me. It was beyond anything any normal employee would do because I was very angry at the company. I came in yelling and being very mean, but he calmed me down and assured me that my business with SSE was valued. Then he made sure that my deliveries got to me, to my satisfaction and that right there is what makes this company my go to for game currency or items. SSEGold, keep up the great work. I have made several orders with ssegold. They always deliver fast and are very professional. They are quick to help with any issues involving my order. I will definitely use them again.
They robbed me literally, I paid then we went in-game so they would give me the gold inside the dungeon, we entered the dungeon but i got disconnected at the start.
When i connected back they said they gave me the gold and asked me to check, I had nothing obviously so I said:
Me: I didn't get the gold
Sse: but we gave you already (sent ss that proves nothing)
Me: sorry man I didn't get any i swear
Sse: but we already gave you so we can't give it again, we will lose Money
