I placed an order this spring, on 03/14/22 for $55.55 and the main reason for my purchase was this item "CLEMATIS AMARANTHINE #*******" which was not shipped until July 6th, nearly four months later!
Then, the item was shipped on 7/6 and was not delivered until 7/14 —> 8 days later! When I opened the box, I found a wilted plant and dead leaves in the bottom of the box.
I hoped that the plant may come back to life, but a week later, it is still as dead as when it arrived.
This whole order was a complete disaster. I received a dead stick. I sent a request to Spring hill to please send me a refund. Spring Hill responded by saying they do NOT offer refunds, even when the issue is a direct result of their negligence: "It is disappointing when the plant does not make it and I can understand that. Unfortunately, the item is not available for a replacement. Also, I am unable to issue a refund as per the company policy."
Do NOT do business with Spring Hill and their deceitful business practices. They are a RIPOFF!
Processed my payment, failed to ship any product. Customer Service refused to cancel order and process a refund. The site is a scam.
Wrong items sent. I spent nearly $200 on fall planted flowers and bulbs last fall none bloomed this spring. I wish I could give 0 star. They suck!
