I had an issue with my order. FedEx lost it and became magically un traceable. Cristin was a gem. She emailed me directly so that she could stay in contact with me as she worked out the problem... Right before CHRISTMAS! I can't say enough about how kind and on the ball she was for me. Thank you Cristin!
I had selected a particular autographed photo for my son for Christmas and ordered it, unfortunately I ended up being a little to slow and it was sold out. AJ reached out to me and offered a refund or another selection. I was able to find one close in price, but more, and AJ took care of the price differential with zero hassles. In this day of pretty lame customer service, AJ did a great job, he was responsive, and enormously helpful. Definitely recommended!

After having received a replicated signed item from another provider, I found Sports Memorabilia and purchased a new item for my fiance for Christmas. Given the short notice, I was told the item wouldn't be shipped until Dec 21 which was cutting it close to Christmas. Gabriel immediately ensured that the item shipped earlier and made sure to keep in touch with me to provide updates. I received the item in less than a week and couldn't be happier.

I have purchased quit a few autographed hockey pictures, pucks etc... at Sports Memorabilia. The pictures are of high quality, and the signatures are spot on. The one thing though that really stands out to me is the continuous customer service/support I receive from Connie Hubbard. I know it sounds cliché but it is refreshing to know that customer support/service is alive and well. Connie is a true example of this.
