Ordered a gift for my dad as a birthday present, item arrived in good condition and as described- he could not be happier with it. I purchased a jersey from the site for my dad and input the wrong address to FedEx returning it to the seller, i emailed their customer service rep Gabriel and he was very helpful and always on top of it. He tracked it from the return and then once they couldn't find it in the warehouse offered a different product at no cost to me even though it was my error, i truly feel confident buying from them again as I know they will look out for their customers, thanks Gabriel!

Gabriel went above and beyond trying to help me track down my order. He provided excellent customer service trying every method to help me find my order and then went on to help me fast track it in hopes that it would arrive before Christmas. Most people would have just let me know they couldn't find my order using my name but Gabriel tried multiple methods to ensure he could help me out. I was worried that I had paid for my item and not received an email confirmation but Gabriel made feel alot better and assured me he would do everything he can to get it sent out ASAP. He was extremely helpful and friendly.
My order was initially lost and forgotten... and due to NO HELP AT ALL from the guy who was supposed to be my "account manager" (he knows who he is) and point of contact, I was forced to contact customer service, and THANKFULLY I GOT AJ! AJ did more than a senior account executive could do! He tracked down the missing order, got the framing expedited and then insisted that the shipping happen overnight. He is even helping me get a refund for the overnight shipping I requested. AJ helped turn a disaster into a 12 day ordeal which was salvageable. (a simple frame and ship should never take 12 days!) The FIVE STARS IS ONLY FOR AJ... NOT THIS COMPANY THOUGH... they get one star, as well as the senior account executive that said he was taking over my account and that if I had any questions or problems to let him know... well I did and he did nothing. This is not how to treat a customer. Also they allow you to choose and pay for overnight shipping when they know it will never happen because framing requires more time... three days in fact (which is ridiculous). The "Senior Account Executives" don't care about you... just about making more sales. So, in a nutshell, I will say they are extremely lucky to have AJ, because without him I would be calling the better business bureau.
