Literally was "pre" charged $110 for this "sample" it's not even a sample it's a trial, and after 60 days if you don't return, they'll charge you those $110. Read the small letters, cause that's how they got me. They get you with the ads saying free sample only pay $5. Yeah it's a scam. You try to reach their customer service and it's automated so what ever you write they aren't even reading. The email is pre-scripted. Overall just don't do it their products aren't as good as they claim. I REPEAT DO NO DO IT!

Pre-authorization is a fraud prevention method used by financial institutions to guarantee the safety of certain transactions. A pre-authorization, or a temporary hold, simply authorizes the card, the funds are still in your account and will not be transferred to us unless you choose to keep the product. We can't refund the preauthorization as the funds were never actually withdrawn from your account, but I can tell you that preauthorization will fall off / disappear (this normally happens within 4 days from the order). I have been using the product for two months and I am very happy with the results. My skin tone has evened out and the laugh lines on my cheeks are not as noticeable. My forehead lines are not as defined either. I recommended the product to a friend, so I am definitely a satisfied customer. I was also contacted by the company to check and see how the product was working for me and they even advised me that there was a money back guarantee. I see some negative reviews on here and I think everyone is different. What works for one person may not work for all. So my recommendation is try it and if does not work for you just do the money back guarantee.
I went for the hair park and face lotion and the face JUNK broke me out horribly! They got $110.00 out of my acoustic t for crappy product. They also do not have a customer service phone number. Buyer beware!

I ordered a trial of their popular hair serum. The website clearly stated that I would be charged $5.00 for shipping. They took $78.99 out of my bank immediately. The customer service had a bad attitude. Don't do it. They got me for almost 200 including overdraft fees.
