Try Before You Buy!

Hello! I have been noticing my hair thinning after having my two children. I've been very self conscious about my hair and have been looking for a product that will work. I came across this brand and all of those who have tried it have seen great results! I just ordered A22 Biotin Boost Hair + Scalp Serum and S24 Rapid Recovery Hair Mask which were specifically chosen for me based on my answers from the questionnaire. I also love that I'll be able to try both products for 30 days for FREE before I decide if this works for me! And it doesn't end there! I was gifted two products for placing my order. I can't wait to receive my products and see the results!

Don't Buy!

This is the biggest scam I have ever gotten into. I bought the hair serum and it has not made any difference in my hair after weeks of using. I agree with the other reviewers as they advertise a trail period but drafted over $90 immediately. I try to be very cautious when ordering online, but I have to say this one saw me coming. I was a sucker. Don't buy this product. It doesn't work.

Pre-authorization is a fraud prevention method used by financial institutions to guarantee the safety of certain transactions. A pre-authorization, or a temporary hold, simply authorizes the card, the funds are still in your account and will not be transferred to us unless you choose to keep the product. We can't refund the preauthorization as the funds were never actually withdrawn from your account, but I can tell you that preauthorization will fall off / disappear (this normally happens within 4 days from the order). You will not be charged for the full price unless you keep the product(s). Sorry about the confusion.

Don't do it! They are awful

I ordered a trial of their popular hair serum. The website clearly stated that I would be charged $5.00 for shipping. They took $78.99 out of my bank immediately. The customer service had a bad attitude. Don't do it. They got me for almost 200 including overdraft fees.

False advertising

So I wanted to try this out said to pay 5.99 try for 30 days then they will charge you well when I put my order in it took 107 dollars out I wrote them like write after I notices it they tell me there's nothing they can do well let's just say my bank is aware now and there putting a stop to it cause they even said it didn't look right so don't buy from this place you will be charged the full price in stead of 5.99

Companies like these should really be taken to court for fraud like seriously we are in 2024 and company's are still able to scam people like this. I've been getting lots of ads from this brand and me personally I'm not one for shopping and all that but my hair is going through it and it said try now for $10 and if your not satisfied return it. If I don't by the end of the trial than I'd get charged so why is it that as soon as I placed my order I got charged $165. Also what company in this day and age doesn't have order cancellation the same day u order. I want a refund!

Wish it was possible to give -5 stars

This company is huge scam. Complete false advertising paired terrible customer service. They claim you can test a free product and you will only be charged shipping but this is a complete lie and you will be charged in full. When i complained that this was misleading advertising they lied again and said the funds where not actually taken from my account and its a temporary hold to prevent fraud. Complete bs. The money was taken from my account and they refused to cancel my order. Such a garbage excuse for a company wish i read the 100's of terrible reviews before purchasing their crap.

I had ordered two products but one came broken and the other was opened both spilled. I reached out to customer service they told me no need to return well they charged my account $100 when i reached out again they said they will only refund for one and that i needed to send back the collagen back if i wanted the refund. I had told them i was told no need to refund so i have no idea where that product is because i did not drink it because it spilled everywhere. Very dissatisfied on how they handled my situation. Do not order from this company unless you want to get ripped off.

Just found out today this company has been charging my debit card frequently I thought is was only once I wrote them to complain and nothing and here again my bank lets me know they have been doing it for a while love that they feel so confident to steal from people, we'll they are getting reported and thank god my back said that this company has been flagged before.

Fraud advertisement
February 27, 2024

The advertisement was on Facebook to try spoiled child that's was supposed to just charge me for shipping but charged my account 116 dollars. Thank God my bank declined it and put a fraud alert on my debit card.

SCAMMERS!

I ordered the free trial biotin hair spray. I got it but it stopped working after 2 weeks, was supposed to last 30 days. However I still paid for it anyway. I never agreed to, or signed up for a subscription. Yet today I noticed a new charge on my account! I contacted the customer service email, and the card I used. We'll see what happens. But I'm extremely annoyed by this!

Unauthorized hold
April 10, 2024

I placed an order under the try before you buy and I was only to pay shipping. After checking out I got an email saying there was a hold for $112.32 from them and then an email from them stating as stated at checkout it's only a hold that will fall off after 1-4 days. I went back and looked at the entire page and that's not what was said at all! I cane even get to the actual product because of the initial deception. And of course there's no number to call only email. Update! I returned the product immediately by refusing the package. I even emailed them and said I was unhappy with the unauthorized hold and would be refusing the package and they just charged my account $112.00.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Scam product

I purchased the hair mask, oral gummies, and leave in spray for my thinning hair and used their products everyday for 2 months. I did not see any results whatsoever. Got charged a ton for products that did'nt do a thing. I found that combining caster oil, and rosemary oil together has been quite effective! Don't spend your money on these worthless products.

As much as I can say the product helped my skin and nails and hair somewhat, it's not worth the frustration I have had to go through for the last two months trying to cancel. There's no telephone number that you can find anywhere. You email them and you don't get a response. I've emailed twice already and I am about to Dispute the charges since I now have proof that I have asked to cancel to no avail. I did not even sign up for recurring charges and recurring orders but somehow I have been receiving. Run the other way and find an alternative. If you are unable to have a telephone number to customer support, I would avoid. Buyer beware!

I felt a difference in my hair within a week.

Summers my hair feels so dry and damaged kinda like straw. Winter weather is same way. Spoiled child conditioning mask is just the correction hopefully that will make a positive difference for me. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

First time on your site. Very easy. The only thing I would have rather done is been able to just pay for my order now instead of the try before you buy. This should be completely optional. Not very happy about that, but hoping the product will live up to its claims.

This is the biggest scam company. I saw their advertisement in Instagram with a FREE trail period but turn out it drafted me over USD$60 immediately. And they don't accept canceling order after your purchase. Don't make any order in shop or you will surprised with your final bill.

Cancel subscription

I've being trying to cancel my subscription since I got my first order no one responded and they are still charging me this is the worst company I've ever dealt with and they don't even have a phone number to call. It's like they want it to be hard so they can continue to take your money. I will not recommend or ever use this product! They should even get a 1 start rating

This organization asks for $5 to pay for the delivery fee of their free trial product. No such thing! This is how they get access to your banking info to start withdrawing hundreds of dollars from your account on a monthly basis.

They have no phone number to contact customer service, and our initial email correspondence when we requested a refund looked like a copy and paste job they did, they just switch the customer names.

Do yourselves all a favor. There are many products out there that can fulfill your expectations. Avoid this one at all costs!
