Top notch troubleshooting from the team, my saunas stopped working after about 2 years. Now we are are Chiropractic office in Lenexa. KS and we use this unit everyday almost all day just to set the stage. Sent it my request for support, the factory engineer contacted me and determined it was and overload protector. I purchased a new overload protector and replaced it yesterday. I was able to enjoy my sauna again! It appears to have fixed the problem. Thank you for your help!

I ordered a salt cave sauna for my business and I was aware that it was a custom order this has arrived at our new location and we're very happy to have it. The unit arrived fully pallitized and ready to bring inside it was very simple to assemble I did have extra help which I do recommend it uses a standard 20 app outlet and comes with Himalayan salt which helps for breathing take a look please let me know what you think I'm happy to answer any questions from customers like myself who are considering ordering a salt cave sauna.

Upon arrival of a new shipment they did get my sauna out to me as indicated and its on route, this means so much to my family and our gratitude needs to be shared. LOL I love our sauna, the quality of the cedar is way beyond what we thought it would be like. The wood is sealed on the outside and naked on the inside. We hired an installer from thumbtack and we were sweating same day. The wife lives it. Happy wife etc.

Placed an order online and 2 days later received a call and was told the item was out of stock. I cancelled the order and asked to the refund. A week later still No refund. Called the company and the same person answered the phone and said this has to do with the finance department.

Honestly I was a little hesitate and was very frustrating with the delay however, I finally received my sauna a few weeks ago and I can honestly say it was well worth the wait! Very easy for my Husband to put together and I wasn't expecting the two cup holders, towel rack and magazine rack. The therapy lights and Bluetooth is very relaxing. I used it every day, if you can be patient with the shipping delay due to COVID-19 it will be well worth it. I love it and I'm very happy, best investment EVER!

Love it, Finally, we got our sauna it came with everything that we had hoped, and we were made aware of the delays on at least two dozen occasions. Since the team at SQ always answered all our questions we have referred two of our friends to get the same sauna. The sauna is amazing it is well worth the wait and I appreciate the team at spiritual quest letting us know about the supply chain difficulties in Los Angeles and updating us with regards to their move all the way across the country to Savannah where the port system is not quite as clogged we fully understand what that took and we fully admire and appreciate all the turmoil and hard work that you have been through we love our sauna that's all I can say
After my honest review of this HORRIBLE company on several sites yesterday, I got a nasty gram stating that they are NOW illegally going to CONTINUE to hold my PAID equipment hostage until I remove the "bad" reviews. The order was a Salt Cabin with the Halogenerator for $6,423.90. I did not pay $5000 for the generator and then $1423. 90 for the cabin. If you wanted to send me 2 different pieces at 2 different costs, then that's what you should have done. Not my problem that you don't know how to properly price and label your products. Order #******* is a single order (not 2 separate orders like they are now trying to do) and I only received half of this order. As you can see by their response to my review from yesterday, they think they do not have to send it to me. Lol. The videos and "threats" (no one made any threats, lol) are my response to the narcissistic Rick Ori who has NO CLUE how to deal with customers when he is having a bad day. I make NO apologies for my response after this aggressive wild hog refused to leave me alone and continued to text me after I hung up on him for screaming at me. Yes, he proceeded to TEXT ME to continue his aggressive behavior towards me and yes I responded NOT in kind with a bunch of choice words. He got what he wanted... a reaction. Sorry Rick Ori, my reviews about you and your company are honest, not bad, and are protected by law. So is my purchase to your company. Your problem is your mouth. You don't know when to shut it. I thought Sandy was a temp and didn't know anything? Why is she replying to reviews now? Liar. Maybe you don't remember but I have the call. That's what you said about her after I told you someone told me that my file was closed and shows completed, all while you were screaming at me that I called you too early. PSA RICK: No one told you to answer the phone and then get mad at the customer that you answered, CS. A piece of humble pie would do you good. So now, not only has the FTC been contacted and a complaint filed, I am waiting on return calls from a couple of attorneys I am going to meet with for this CFRA violation. This is not how you do business nor how you treat paying customers, and based on several reviews on many sites, others have this same experience with this same individual. Believe them.
The law firm has your file in collections, Kasey you have a 5000-dollar halo generator and have sent video threats to us as well. You threatened us 2 weeks after ordering custom-made items, and you sent a video threatening our staff members as well. Maybe you forgot we have those threats and your video files. In order to receive the box portion the charge back will need to be canceled or rectified.
Hey got a call today that my sauna is going to be shipping, the call was so welcomed. I did think about a cancelation but we have furniture we ordered around the same time and that is not in yet either. Seems custom items like sofas and other stuff is running really late these days. What can I say we are so looking forward to our new furniture and our new sauna.
Hey, Great News!, Dom glad to hear your sauna is being delivered that is great news._ have served 650 saunas since the beginning of the year and we appreciate that you understood the delays were from covid, and supply chain issues. In fact, as of today, Hong Kong is locked down as of 9-13 before it was in shanghai and there are rolling lockdowns in other ports that impact arrivals thanks for understanding this has been hell on everyone. The great news is its almost completely caught up.
Thanks to the team at Spiritual we got our Studio Series Float tank this week. The clients love it and we are surprised at the simplicity of set up. As suggested with live support we hired a basic plumber and that was it. The key was mixing of the salt and water before adding to the tub but that to was simple! As we were told 6.5 lbs of salt per gallon pre mixed then added. After that plug in the heater, Check. Then run the sanitizer and filtration, Check - this was and is darn simple. As of today we are planning a new location and the studio series will be added to the menu there as well. Highly enjoyed and very practical.
So excited to try out the new sauna. The good news is sauans are shipping every day and they worked it out to ship us very quickly. Super easy to assemble and maybe easier to enjoy. My Husband and I love it. Highly recommend the Savannah. See our pick tell me what you think?.
Nice sauna enjoys, the savannah is quickly becoming the best seller. Thank you again for your patience the lockdowns that are now over for the time being fingers crossed. I know your in Florida so just make sure to protect it when not in use and one way to keep the wood in tip-top shape is to clean it periodically use wood cleaner that one can find in hardware stores
I ordered November 2021. When I Called to inquire about where my order was the person (m) screamed at me. I asked him why he was screaming at me I just want to know where the sauna was. He hung up on me. When I called again I got a female who was more helpful. However September 2022 I received my sauna. I was told over and over I would be in the next shipment or the next two. This went on for 10 months. I have emails and voicemails to back this up. I would no use this company
What day did you call please note there is no customers named EM or with those initials perhaps you can provide an order number or some order indication. Either way, we have office hrs m-f 9-5 and 24 hr service via a toll-free number and 24 support tickets as well. To be honest we find it hard to understand your complaint as there is no indicating information surely you might be mistaken or we can help once more information is provided please reply with the name on the order and please reply with an order number. All customers have shipped much earlier than one indicates it might have been hard to confirm shipping information as this file has no name or order number. We think this might just be a series of miscommunications and certainly, we have no records based on this email thank you
I got word my sauna was arriving last week. It was like a dream my wife was not sure however we're happy to report the shipping company showed up and my sauna was on the back of the truck. Good things! Do come to those that have patience for sure. Set up was a breeze the unit we got plugged right into a standard outlet. Since then we, my entire family have been enjoying the salt cave sauna daily. My only hope is that we continue to participate in the detox program as we can already see the benefits. The sauna is Real! The Product is very high quality. Good luck in the future we appreciate all the help and support once the item arrived.

Answer: We are happy to consult with your contractor. Building walls is not for a lay person. We have already suggested this we believe via the phone. Appointments are necessary so please arrange a time with our support staff. Assuming a lay person can build a large wall is not a best practice. AND our engineers provide one on one introduction happily. I am sure our staff has already shared that and offered support via a licensed contractor.
