Pros:
1. Good build quality - nothing creaks and wobbles, nice surface, good bright screen. 2. Good price for this set of options (Wi-Fi, 3G, GPS) - there is nothing like this phone in the domestic market for same money. 3. Can be upgraded to Android 2. 3. 5 if you spend a day to reading forums.
Cons:
Hard to open rear cover at the first time. I was afraid to break it, so opened it very carefully.
Other Thoughts:
Very good phone for this money, despite the difficulty of localisation and update.

This is a great phone! It's lightweight, has great specs, a brilliant camera and is fast and has a large memory capacity. I'm very happy with it, language set to Dutch, worked rightaway. Packaging was looking very nice. Everything included. Charger works good, doesn't get too hot when in use. Phone opens easy (stays closed very well too) and it's easy to replace the battery. It comes with a screen protector attached and an extra included in the box. Battery runs long enough, more then 1 day with GPS+data+wifi on (screen off occasionally). And the phone works as intended too.

Pros:
This is a really good phone for the price. It has all the features of much more expensive phones but not the price tag. Very easy to use and set up. The dual sim is very useful if you are traveling. For a phone of this price the graphics are fantastic. The screen is a good size and the phone is not too heavy. I will buy another one.
Cons:
The tempered glass is broke when arrived, but not the big problem

I would recommend it. The delivery time was nearly 7 days to Europe.
Bottomline:
Great value for money phone, ideal starter smart phone if you don't want to spend a lot of money. It is cheap enough to have as a back up as well.

Never buy on spemall they are thieves.
It makes now 5 month I'm waiting a solution for a warranty phone and they just tell me that phone is not under warranty now. They only purpose me 50$ couppon for a 150 phone buy in october 2015 received in november 2015 and send back for default in july 2016. If someone wants all my exchange with them are available Forget this site some other one are better and do correct after sales. Regards Mickaël Guyochet France

This was my first order from this store. A Redmi Note 3 Pro (http://goo.gl/kWuB5J) and it was actually a very positive experience and I'll be buying from them again, fast delivery (11 working days) and no customs problems. (which is very important in Europe). Was also able to add a 2 year warranty in Spain, a commodity I'm not used to when buying from online chinese stores. The pre and after-sale service always answered my emails.

The phone was in perfect condition and well protected. It was delivered with the ROM I asked and was only opened to make sure it was working before being sent.

So far I'm really happy with it, amazing battery (>6h SOT) and blazing fast performance and multitasking (3gb RAM are flawless). The camera is capable of very good shots and the GPS hasn´t let me down"

Purchased 2 phones over 18 months oneplus and a xiaomi mi4s. Opo developed fault which required me to return it to be fixed. Package NOT signed for, spent 4 weeks doing nothing saying it was at factory being fixed, then requeat $46 to fix and post despite saying it had been done, then lying about post etc and still have my phone! Xiaomi i received had chinese Rom with loads of spamware and chinese apps plus notifications etc in Chinese. Wouldnt accept a return despite buying a 2 year European warranty just kept saying change language to English which doesnt change the Rom!
Had to report to Paypal to reach a resolution.
Absolute crap company to purchase from, customer service is ZERO and only reply to what they want. Never use again and definitely avoid at all costs!

I waited for a week to post my review, so here are my remarks. Overall it is a good smartphone. I'm very happy with it. Runs smoothly, doesn't block when opening different applications. My previous phone had some issues when travelling abroad, but no problems here. Earphones and charger look very nice. Battery is easily replaceable (there is no problem with it). The phone is very light. Camera’s on front and back is nice. For this price by far the best phone you can buy (Even with the taxes I paid at the border in Belgium). When used with 3G/4G data access (first day installing some apps) the battery lasted for 10 hrs. Although when activating energy-saving and normal use he easily lasts a day (battery was still 80% after a day with just some data access from time to time). So not the best battery but it will do. Vibrates with every hit, but that's config you can easily change (it just to me a while to find). So it's got some minor issues you can resolve, but it doesn't bother me. So I recommend this shop. Phone with good quality.

Pros: Good build quality. This is a good phone. It's fast, it runs a stable version of android 4. 4. 4 WIFI and GSM and GPS reception are good. It has a good big screen, bright enough to work with outdoors in bright sunglight. Battery life is exceptional good. It can work two days before it needs to charge. (normal everday use: phone, check mail, browse internet) The camera Photo quality (front and back) are ok for a phone camera. Video quality is very good. The phone is delivered with a back case and 2 screen protectors. One screen protector is already applied. For this price it is a very good fast and stabe phone. Cons: With the backcover applied the camera flash gets diffused, the picture gets a smoked room effect. This is easily fixed by removing the backcover or make the flash hole in the back cover bigger.

Nboxing the Xiaomi was a pleasure, good quality cardboard case all recyclable, weel made and sturdy. Opening the case and discover this beauty was amazing. The first impression is an extremely well crafted phone quality of materials and finishing. Impressive response and very, very fast! Smooth interface glorious colors... Best buy for the money!

Lies, Horrible customer service and Highly Unprofessional

Bought a phone, had extra costs unaccounted for in my Order confirmation AND my receipt, totalling of $114 of unaccounted charges.

They do not ship within 24 hours, after a week and a half inquiring and being ignored they said that my phone was being shipped that day but it did not even ship. I am still waiting for my phone.

Would absolutely NOT recommend this dodgy site to anybody.

Pros:
Excellent screen, fast and responsive, all programs run smooth, haven't experienced "freeses", 2 batteries is a real plus when you are on the road, quite slim and light, quite good battery life time,
Cons:
Some troubles with Wi-Fi, very soft plastic back side, in some places screen touches some components from behind and it creates effects on the screen when pressed abit harder, 2 small places where screen has abit brighter spots
Overall really good phone for its money, I'm really satisfied, despite some drawbacks

Hi All, Bought MIZ Z3 phone November 2013, arrived after 3 weeks and lots of chasing. Great phone but the screen developed and issue after 2months. RMA'd the phone paid for recorded signed for delivery. They acknowledged the delivery of the phone emailed me to confirm this. Long story short, tens of emails of later and now February 2015 I still dont have my phone back. November 2014 they respond saying they will send it back but you guessed it they havent and the response today is that they have no knowledge of my phone at all. Even with the emails from them as proof they are claiming its not their responsibility! Here ends the chase for a 248 pound phone and another 50 pound sending the phone back. Spemall are now ignoring me and not helping in any way.So be warned, some products are great but the service is the worse i have ever encountered, if you have money to waste or want to lose then go ahead.- Gary (Berkshire)"
