Very quick dispatch of the order and received within 9 day (free shipping!) in very good condition! Nboxing the Xiaomi was a pleasure, good quality cardboard case all recyclable, weel made and sturdy. Opening the case and discover this beauty was amazing. The first impression is an extremely well crafted phone quality of materials and finishing. Impressive response and very, very fast! Smooth interface glorious colors... Best buy for the money!

Hi All, Bought MIZ Z3 phone November 2013, arrived after 3 weeks and lots of chasing. Great phone but the screen developed and issue after 2months. RMA'd the phone paid for recorded signed for delivery. They acknowledged the delivery of the phone emailed me to confirm this. Long story short, tens of emails of later and now February 2015 I still dont have my phone back. November 2014 they respond saying they will send it back but you guessed it they havent and the response today is that they have no knowledge of my phone at all. Even with the emails from them as proof they are claiming its not their responsibility! Here ends the chase for a 248 pound phone and another 50 pound sending the phone back. Spemall are now ignoring me and not helping in any way.So be warned, some products are great but the service is the worse i have ever encountered, if you have money to waste or want to lose then go ahead.- Gary (Berkshire)"

Lies, Horrible customer service and Highly Unprofessional

Bought a phone, had extra costs unaccounted for in my Order confirmation AND my receipt, totalling of $114 of unaccounted charges.

They do not ship within 24 hours, after a week and a half inquiring and being ignored they said that my phone was being shipped that day but it did not even ship. I am still waiting for my phone.

Would absolutely NOT recommend this dodgy site to anybody.

Nothing But LIes and Unfulfilled Promises

Ordered the Cube U30GT2 RK3188 Quad Core 1.8Ghz 10.1inch FHD IPS Retina Screen for wife's birthday on Dec. 3 and was assured that if I paid the $26.50 it would ship the next day and be here in plenty of time. Paid via PayPal. 2 days later on my account no notice of shipment. Opened new ticket and told them along with proof that PayPal had paid them. Next day it showed a shipping # via Fed. Exp For 3 days I kept clicking on status via shipping # of Fed Exp. They told me for the next 4 days that FedEx had the shipment. Called FedEx and the said they did not have the product and until vendor calls them for pick up they can do nothing and that tracking # is something they do via the net, but means nothing until picked up. I have many emails, tickets etc. that I kept and made screen shots of so I could point out all the broken promises they made. Finally received notice that it was shipped and it was here in 4 days. Only problem was that they did not include HDMI cable and screen covers I ordered with the tablet. Opened new ticket and told them so. They said they would ship right away. Well, another 4 weeks and no HDMI cable or screen protectors. Again, nothing but lies. Received tablet 4 days before Christmas or 2 weeks after my wife's birthday. I would avoid these guys like the plague and never ever pay for expedited shipping if you still wish to use them. If I do receive cable and screen savers, I will write again and confirm. The tablet is great, but would never buy anything from them again.

I bought a $400 tablet from Spemall. I was sent a tablet with a dark screen, broken case near hdmi port and the wrong charger- EU instead on north american. Sent 30 emails back and for and spoke 3 times on the phone and saited 3 months. In the end after spending $530 in total for tablet and shipping charges, i ended up with a USED $200 tablet! They are total scam artists.

If you have an issue with them, file a PayPal dispute immediately!... if 45 days pass, you have no recourse as per paypal policy. Do not wait for them to resolve, file PayPal dispute first so it is on record then resolve... they will stall forever hoping you give up in frustration. They will give BS resolution by offering $5 discount on a deffective $400 item. Then they will negotiate and hard ball you and do anything so you don't return the item. You have to send it back after 7 days... they will stall on providing a RMA so the 7 day refund window has passed. Then after agreeing on a resolution, they try to overcharge (double the cost) for shipping. Then when product is returned, they claim parts are missing and when caught in a lie, they change their story saying that the case was damaged during return shipping. When asked for proof, the claim the tablet was "sent out for repairs".
And when you think yoiu finally think you came to a resolution, they will change their mind. I agreed to take a tablet of lesser value (by $150) and pay $35 shipping... this was after being offered $220 lesser value and $55 shipping! Even when they are at fault they try to scam you. Even after coming to an agreement they still ended up stiffing me by sending a USED tablet with broken light sensor and used accessories...
