Can't say that it's a life-changing marketing investment. But those signs are handy when you narrow your customers and help them find whatever they need. Can't say that it significantly boosted my sales, though. Still, this is time-saving for my staff.
The check out process was simple and easy. I was missing words for my logo and with the new letters it turned out great.
The only thing I would say besides your ordering process is fast and easy which is very nice. I did have a question where I called the phone number provided. It would be very helpful if your customer service would answer with your company name instead of just, "hello" so that one calling knows they reached the right party.
Looked for a 'neon' sign that could travel with our booth and had no luck. One day I found you in an ad on my personal Instagram. SO glad I did. Ordered one and 6 days later we got it and I LOVE IT. It's exactly what I wanted. Ordered a second one the day the first one came in. For sure will be recommending and ordering again real soon!

I thought at the price point that I was coming in at, it would be not as good as some of the expensive ones! But quite honestly, I believe it is better in some regards!

Is there a way to get them to turn on without having to turn each light on individually? Probably, but I still can't figure it out and being a busy business owner I don't have time to figure it out. The cost of the sign seems inflated for the way it's made. I guess I kind of felt ripped off.
Great idea. Better instructions would have made the experience better. For the price I expected more. Instead it was a lot of little boxes where I had to figure it out.
Anne, thanks for the feedback. As to price, we have done a lot of research and believe our pricing is very fair. Each row is independent with its own on/off switch. As to assemble instructions, we will take this to heart and see what we can improve or make the assembly clearer. Mark

I saw an ad for SpellBrite on Instagram and thought this kit would work great for me as I work in an events office. We've used it once so far and found it really easy. I'm excited to use it again to create different signs for other events. The ordering process was super easy and my order shipped within 24 hours after ordering. I think it's well worth the price as we intend to use it multiple times to create different signs.
We used this for our business logo in the window. It was easy to put together. Love the options for brightness and the blinking options. Very visible neon look. We've had it for a month now, so far so good!
My restroom sign in green is for a family member with memory issues. The room is easy to find now! I love the quality engineered letters and the excellent way in which they snap in securely to each other. I am also very impressed by the dimming feature and the amazing strobe modes! Finally, the product shipped quickly and very securely!

It's my first sign I've bought for my business. It's a little overwhelming when you open the box and see everything boxed up. But once you get started it's super easy and quick to put together! It's nice having all the options for brightness and and flashings. Makes the sign eye catching.
The letters and end piece kit were easy to assemble using the attached mini-screwdriver to secure the letters together. There's a button to control a variety of types of flashing, or else on solid with no flash, and another button to control the brightness. The light intensity is more than I expected, and will show clearly at a distance.
We started off by ordering one relatively small package. Management then decided to get a lot more, adding 5 more for a total of 6. Just last week, we ordered another sign, which will replace vinyl letters and allow changes easily. On the 2nd batch of 5 signs, we ended up with a problem. SpellBrite quickly got back to me to resolve the problem, and since I was going ahead and ordering another sign anyways, I suggested they include the replacement items in the box so there was only one shipment. Hopefully we don't have more issues except needing to order more.
Now that we had a issue that was customer service related, it just proves that this is a customer-oriented company. I chose a good company.
This is my second order of the spell bright letters they hooked perfectly with my first order. I'm now thinking about ordering more for the interior sections of the store since the first one is a window display
The Electrician installed the Address Numbers below the Roof overhang, because he was concerned about all the openings and holes being exposed to the rain. It looks great, but may be better suited for Inside Windows or less exposed exterior locations than a street-facing Garage.
1 amp power supply died in storm replaced with 3 Amp power supply problem solved.

I have received my new power supply for my sign "BAKERY". For the first time I ordered a 3 Amp power supply, because this is now the 4th power supply. The previous ones were 1 Amp and only lasted roughly 2-4 month. That was not at all satisfactory.
I have yet to be disappointed with Spellbrite. The lights are bright and being able to spell what you want to advertise using lights is just wonderful to me and definitely grabs the attention of the customers I want to draw in!
Bright, illuminated signs attract more customers, because the human eye is drawn to light 5 to 6 times the ambient level.
Printed signs lack impact during the day and fade away at night. In short, print softly asks for attention, while SpellBrite grabs it.
