Easy to design and assemble. Best bang for your buck! Very pleased with the finished product. I just wish I could order bigger letters for an outdoor sign.

This sign is Amazing! The shipping was super fast. The set up really easy. Quality Product! We hung it up right away and it made the place look like a movie set! We had it on all day and into the night. It didn't heat up. The material is good quality. So much better, easier, reasonably priced that real neon you would have custom made. Plus we can change the letters to make any word we want (with the letters we bought) I highly recommend this product.! My sign is DIVINE! We couldn't be happier! (this almost sounds like a made up review, it's too good, haha but it's true!) Could not figure out how to use the end gizmos from the direction sheets, so I called, and a very helpful and patient man how me straightened out right away. Stuff installed now, looks great!

I was disappointed with the set up to make if vertical. The power chords should be much shorter! No chord management for the chords that are too long.

I hesitate buying the sign. Price seemed too high. T axes and shipping was high. The signs are wonderfully packed. They are very bright. You see them from miles. I am happy and will order again.
