I've still have my originals letters I bought 7 years ago and they still look as good as the new letters I recently bought!

Outstanding quality, I'm going on 3 years with my signs. They travel well and take a lot of abuse. The brightest light I could find for outdoor use in sunlight.
The battery pack works well too when power is limited.
This product worked out better than expected. The letters appear to suspend in mid-air in our taproom (we have a black ceiling) and our electrician didn't complain about the install. I wish everything worked so well.
My previous one-star review received a message from Mark C that they would replace my damaged letters. I followed his instructions but never heard back. I have eight letters out of 39 that I can't use.
I spent an hour yesterday trying to unscrew FIVE SCREWS on five separate letters without stripping them. No luck. Now my sign is held together with electrical tape. The brightness of the sign is amazing, but the assembly process is so frustrating, I won't be buying anymore products.
I am happy with my purchase! It's a great way to advertise What I offer on my food truck. Definitely worth it because it gets the customers attention! Prior to getting my lighted sign, people would just walk right by without taking a second look.
I ordered a sign that could not be made from the parts sent. Would have been great. But it works. I just have extra letters that I paid for that I can't use. I ordered the sign, kitchen is open. Supposed to be two lines. I was only sent enough end caps for one line and it didn't fit in my space. I landed up just using, kitchen open. Weird. Very weird. Just be aware that the sign you order may not be able to be made. I should receive some sort of credit for the letters I can't use.
Our sign is 2 words consisting of 15 letters. The letters all connect to each other fine but the sign isn't in a straight line. It warps in the middle. This is due to the length. If the frame or had some support in the middle it would make the sign more straight and more appealing. But overall its a step up from the old fashioned gas filled neon signs.ve review
They claim that you can take this thing apart and reuse it over and over again but three of my letters had screws that would not screw down completely and in order to force it in and get it screwed down it stripped the heads of the screws and now they won't come out. It's working all together but I just cannot take it apart.

First off, great product! This is our second order, but we were disappointed with the shipping. We paid about $50 for overnight shipping when we ordered on Thursday, because we wanted to get the sign-up in time for the weekend. The order was delivered to a neighbor on Monday. The $50 overnight fee was a waste of money since it took 4 days.
If you buy a sign online that is put together and sold a SIGN, you should receive the sign assembled. If you buy individual letters, you should get individual letters.
Too expensive for what you get! It should be at least $100 cheaper
The signs are not very bright. You cannot see them very well during the day in the window.
This company was easy to work with, mailed our order promptly, and the items arrived in good condition.

Great options, easy to use. Easy to sell. We have several placements of these, a couple of repeat customers who insisted on these at their 2nd locations after they saw them in person. Get samples to show your customers!
We purchased letters to make a sign that says "Beer to Go" for our brewery. We purchased some black craft foam and cut it to fit on the back of the sign so that the light pops even more, especially during the day. We really like the fact that it looks like neon, but isn't. Very pleased!
Can't say that it's a life-changing marketing investment. But those signs are handy when you narrow your customers and help them find whatever they need. Can't say that it significantly boosted my sales, though. Still, this is time-saving for my staff.
