Not a good site. It appears to be at first, but their are to many non functional parts of it. Like emails showing not read. No one will answer requests so one knows if their mail is received. Have to receive it first. Read the reviews and there are many dissatisfied members. Can't get a response from speeddate either. They will not respond. There is more. There are several ways to send an email. One way will not send them. Others will but it appears they are not received as most will read an email and when they do it should show up as read. Not on this site. Bring up the website and read all you can in the reviews. You will most likely not get in and save the money. I like it's setup somewhat but nothing works right most of the time. Not one individual I have kindly asked to respond back to me has letting me know they received my mail. I have been through this before on other sites. They sound reputable but I see nothing of the kind as far as results and satisfaction. Plus I got into the site by accident. I gave my credit card number for the. 50 cent verification fee, but did not give it again until I made a decision after checking it out. I never did give my credit card number to actually join but clicked on something and the next thing I knew I was a member. Very sneaky it was. Beware is all I can say. Lloyd

I was on speed date of June of last year for a premium discount for $10•32 per month so I was told on a reasonable but they claiming that I don't have a record of my account and and service the proof that I have is on paper my account number or premium number, when I got my check I notice and suspected I'm short of over one hundred and something cause of this matter, shame on speed date, I called up customer service and the guy English is not that good shame on that person(s)I requested to have my service terminated that person refused cause my account expired next year 2016 that's way too long shame on them once again finally men's women girls boys don't try speed date cause they will leave anybody stuck with services and take a chunk of your hard earned working money.

99 percent of ALL the women you talk to on this site are PHISHING SCAMs or are CAM GIRLS who ultimately ask for your credit card number. Even people you *think* are real will end up as a scam, some will talk with you for an hour or more for the purpose of getting into your wallet.

I cannot say I hate a Web page any stronger than I hate speeddate.com. It sucks everything gross and disgusting imaginable, and is a waste of time and money. DO NOT visit this site, let it putrefy and go out of business.

This is a scam website, they stole 155.40 out of my acct and I am on SSDI. I am posting this because I am going to discuss this with a class action attorney.

Speed date kept sending sdeedates with men to email i went to sit to stop mails iam recently seperated i thought i would check it out ipurchased what said was a1 month subsription 29 or 39.00 which was ok i went on the site 3or4 times for a total of about an hour make long story short i i didn't like the site it was cattle being auctioned i found out something was when card was not accepted at atore so i checked my account and speed date had with drawn for a at premuim account they where done i had empty bankaccont at the 1st of the month iam disabled no money for bills food medicine cig they stole 250.00 for 1hr on thiere site that not couting allthe overdraft charges now they they won't evan let me in to complain i can't get threww buy phone? People jusy stay away

I read a review of it under good dating site, said limited services on free, so I joined. One can practically do nothing on free, can't respond to emails ( feel sorry for the guys who contact me, but I put a reference on my profile of Mingle 2 on there and hope it stays on there.) According to other reviews one says that they take money from you without you giving your account number, I think they may not have a paid account but Speed Dating tricks you by saying you can verify your account by only spending. 99 and then charging you over $100 for one year. My complaint is not about the charges as I was smart enough not to give them any cc info (don't see how they can charge without you giving your cc info first but I used a fake first name and inaccurate birth date) but even as a free member, there is no way to filter the type of mate you want, if you are a certain age, they will ONLY let you see the mates the same age you are (which knowing the penchant men have for younger woman must be a REAL disappointment-so warning you, men LQTM) and you can't deactivate or cancel your account (ANOTHER warning, there may be a lot of members there who are no longer active.) Also I find THIS rather humorous, I posted a couple of pics, one is a distance shot where can't see my face too clearly as a Playboy bunny for Halloween (it was taken 30 years ago as was put on there as joke as explained in my MUCH more comprehensive Mingle 2 profile) and a full face one taken more recently and they removed that one, guess they felt it was too ugly!
