What can I say, other than Specscart are absolutely amazing! This is my first time ordering online with them, as like many i got sick of the rude & overrated pricey old high street opticians like specsavers.
After carefully browsing through all the ranges of glasses with amazing prices, I chose my clear Tom Archer pair, paid and placed order. I realised however a few hours later at my silly error i put in my prescription wrong for the lenses.
I panicked and quickly rang and emailed Specscart and they could not have been more helpful and very friendly they immediately halted my lenses being made in the lab while i gave the correct prescription. It was immediately updated and shortly after I received a confirmation email it had been updated and my order was back in motion.
That same evening hours later i received an email from DPD saying my glasses had been dispatched! Talk about amazing service
And this morning they've arrived! They're perfect crystal clear vision, perfect fit, and in a lovely presentation box and glasses case with lovely extras like a stylish mini screwdriver for the glasses hinge, microfibre cloth with design on it, and a lens cleaning spray.

Very good service- speedy and quality in the detail. Glasses are excellent- varifocals and just fine for my vision. The only glitch is that the frame needs adjusting- keeps falling off my face- and nowhere near I can just pop in to, to get them adjusted. Perhaps that's the only downer of online purchase of a personal custom fit product. But overall I am very pleased and will use Specscart again.

I thought these people were great. Specs in shape and colour that I wanted, quite something nowadays, very friendly and helpful on the phone, fast delivery of frames to try, and speedy execution of the order once choices made. And mostly I was able to move through their site without too much trouble!
Took a little longer for delivery, but when they came nice frame and the tint was good not to dark.
