मेरा नाम आदित्य चौहान, में रामनगर नैनीताल का निवासी हूँ। महोदय मैंने दिनांक 9-11-2020 को एक GIONEE F205 का touch+lcd फोल्डर मंगाया था, जिसके लिए मैंने आपको 883 रूपए की कीमत अदा की थी। किन्तु मुझे अभी तक आपकी तरफ से कोई भी प्रतिक्रिया नहीं की गई है और ना है मुझे कोई आश्वासन दिया गया है। दिनांक 10-11-2020 को मुझे आपके किसी सदस्य का फोन आता है, जिसमे मुझसे प्रोडक्ट की कीमत बढ़ा के मांगी जाती है, जिससे मुझे संतुष्टि नहीं मिलती और में अपना रिफंड माँगता हूँ। मुझे अगले दिन रिफंड आने की बात कहकर फोन काट दिया जाता है।
महोदय मुझे अभी तक भी कोई रिफंड नहीं आया और ना है कोई आश्वासन है मिला है। व्हाट्सप्प, मेल ID, सन्देश का भी कोई जबाब नहीं मिल रहा।
महोदय मुझे जल्दी है कोई उत्तर देने की किरपा करें।

I lost my Money Don't Buy with this website I have placed order & I have done online payment by Paytm but no product they will ship & No Call response & Mail response & No refunded simply they Generate fake Blue dart AWM No to track for my order they generated 3 Awm track nos all fake So go the with offline or other Trusted apps or website touchlcdhouse is Totally Fraud 1000%

They don't have any products or suppliers.
They advertise for product they know they can't supply just to get your cash into their account. They use it as rolling cash.
If you follow up your order they will cancel your order and refund after 2 or 3 weeks if they have cash. Should be brought to legal action

I had ordered Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro display screen and i did my full payment but my order was still showing in the cart when i had already received email for the payment done. So i tried to call on the mobile number provided on the website for 2-3 days but there was no response. After going online to search about the company i came across many bad reviews and i got scared that my money is gone and to tell your'l the fact i even bought a new mobile today. So i thought i will try their whatsapp mobile no and it was like a miracle that there was person replying to my whatsapp and i even got my refund processed today itself they were so quick. I am really happy with their services but i feel they should also answer the mobile phone as it spoils the name of the company.
If your problem is not sorted than request you to please converse through whatsapp as it came usefull to me and it may come usefull to you'l as well.

I have lost my money 765 rs. For redmi 2 housing. They said product is out of stock while it is in stock showing on website.
1st time they cancelled my order and refund instantly but, the second time after 21days they again cancel the order but the refund even note done. I also called the customer care before 3days of cancelling order they said they must dispatch the order but it not happens.

This is a cheat and an immature site. I have ordered a touch screen glass and frame combo for Redmi Note 4. My order No is ******* dated 11 Jul 2020. They sent me an Empty box. On top, they don't attend any calls on helpline numbers. I have lost my money. They say that WhatsApp the complaints to us. but no reply on what app also. Their trade should be canceled as it is an unfair practice. DONT GET TRAPPED BY PLACING ORDER

I ordered without viewing the reviews of th Touch LCD House, order number *******. There is no option of cancellation, nobody is responding to the call/ email/ whatsapp, but they have seen the message.
Nobody like me have said this is genuine and most of the reviews said it is fraud. I didn't get the status of my order and refund.
