It's a fake company which doesn't care for customers orders after taking money online. Inspite if several calls they don't respond and just keep the recorder on saying wait for moment.

This TOUCH LCD HOUSE is the worst company I have ever seen or face in my life if anyone is trying to buy or order stuff I would recommend you not to buy or order anything form this touch lcd house if you don't want to regret later because they don't send the good parcel they will just send a bad ones and make us to return the product and after we return the package they won't even pick our call nor give our money back they will just take both your money and package that's it and the worst part is the manager he will never pick you call so don't expect that he will receive your call... no matter how many Times you call he will just ignore your call and replacement department they will never approve your packages they will just make you keep waiting untill you get fed up and leave that's how they scam people and yes now its been one month and I didn't receive my money back. So guys never ever buy or order any parcel from this Touch Lcd house they only know how to loot people's money that's it. So Trust me never ever order anything from touch lcd house or you will regret later.

Don't buy products from touchlcdhouse. They are the worst in terms of service and their products are of worst possible quality.

I found it a trustworthy website. Firstly I also afraid as reviews given by people. After communication with customer support I realised why not I have a try. I ordered a display for my samsung galaxy A6 on Cash on delivery. I got delivery in 3 days as per commitment 3-4 days by customer support. Product with good packaging wraped nicely in bubble.
As per suggetion by touch lcd house I got fixed it by an expert engineer in result my phone working as like earlier. The product is compatible but working like original as before.

First time purchased a product ( sony W-810i body) for ~550 INR from their website, the product never reached me. The product was purchased on 20/07/2021 and today is 11/08/2021. The so called customer support is only "your call is important to us please hold the line" thats it, never got connected to them and once i cancelled the product on 5/8/2021 they called me for asking whats the reason to cancel, i told them and asked for refund as the product has not been delivered for 15 days. (which they promised to be delivered within 2-3 working days) now from the time i cancelled it and asked for refund its been a week but no response from them. ( i have written to them on mail, whatsapp, also i mentioned them once they called me but no solution for my refund). TOUCH LCD HOUSE IS A SCAM ONLY TAKES MONEY

A number ask me to download app -any desk for refund, the number is *******195, as on behave of negative review I finally got my hard earn money, but still confused if they do not have stock of specified mobile part, how they accept its price and then they say "INVENTORY NOT AVAILABLE"

Please do not buy any product form touch lcd house its totally fake or froud website
And maximum people report this website

I have ordered Touch Digitizer for Sony Expeira XA Ultra Dual (6" Display) but received wrong part (5" Display). On same day I had contacted to Touch LCD House regarding my concern but they are telling me to courier them wrong received part by paying courier charges yourself. Where as that's not my fault. I have sent message to them, Why should I pay courier charges? But till date i have not received any reply from them.

Still awaiting for their reply & replacement...

There so many company (Amazon, Flipkart... etc.) selling product but they are not telling to any customer to send faulty, damage or return at your own.

So I strongly suggest not to purchase from this site/vendor.

I ordered Samsung Mobile display for their website and it wasn't working. When I call them for return they didn't receive the call and there was no revert on my messages for the same. I totally wasted the money. It was my mistake I didn't check reviews in google for their service. Never ever trust these guys.

I order mobile display on 7. 06. 2021 still i don't get product so many times i tried call to them on their service center no which given on their official site there is no ans all times it is busy. After i review about them bad on google they called me dated 03.07.2021 and say ur product will deliver u as soon as possible plz delete ur review about us i refuse to do that i said to them 1st delivered my product then i will do that after that there is no any update form them. Plz new buyers plz think before u buy form this site.
