I had ordered iPhone x display they sent me same display but it was defective and if you ask for replacement the don't reply and even I went to their address but the address is also fake. I have been looted by them so be aware you will be the next.

Purchased a spare part and I paid money but they cancelled order and also I did not get my money return. I try to call customer care no but no response they put call on hold.

I ordered a flex on off switch for Xiaomi MI6 model, of which picture with same code as the original MI6 model and description was given and they delivered that one of a redmi 6 model whose flex cable is miles apart from Mi6. The delivered flex cable was entirely different from what was described and shown in their website and when I notified them about this they are saying they send only the product which I ordered. So its either run by idiots or by some frauds who have no idea about different models of mobile phone. It would be safe to stay away from them and buy from maxbhi or ispares.

Purchased full body housing of samsung B7722 phone after so many efforts they delivered it instead of black they delivered white and accepted it but refused to take return the housing was very cheap quality screen missing making it useless i just threw it away after numerous attempts no resolution was given nobody picks phone nor gives reply to email very bad customer service plz dont buy items from this shop except you want to drain your money and brain

Worst of the worst site where they dont $#*!ing care about the customers right. Once they get the payments chapter close. I tried refund policy but their email does not support new mails of refund customers.The site does not deserve even a star.

We placed the order 1 week ago, product received within timeline and working absolutely fine, thanks TLH.

I got my LCD screen but it's not working, then I ask for replace the product and follow all the instructions. After that, they say they will inform me after one or three working days but I never got an answer. Even I call so many times and they don't pick up my call. After two months they send me a mail and it says they successfully replace the product. So never trust this company its a waste of your money and time

Touch lcd house Is very big fraud company, I ordered a charging flex cable worth rs. 309 (order no #*******), company delivered wrong product, I returned product by courier and paid 40 rs from my own pocket, they didn't reply about my order even a single time, I registered complaint so many times but company didn't any response to me, after 3 months company return only 152 rs. And close the complaint, everyone please aware like that fraud by this company, I am highly recommend to everyone do not place any order to 'touch lcd house'. I'll share it in social sites also to aware the people

No communication with seller, no support for tracking order.
