I ordered may 2021 July still not received produc and also refund. Please I am requesting don't order from this seller

First time ordered a charging pin assembly of a mobile... due to lock down I received it after three weeks or so. Finally got a used broken item... informed them... they asked me to courier it back... I did by my own expense... informed them with the tracking receipt... now all silent... no response at all... avoid such suspicious sites...

touchlcdhouse.com is fraudulent seller. They don't send items and never refund. Customer care representatives says 'it will be refunded today' every time you call. I don't understand why google and Paytm don't ban these types of fake sellers. Paytm works as payment gateway for this seller and google lists this fraud on google shopping.

This web is fraud because more than 20 days passed, product has nt shipped, whenever I asked him, he said we dont have stock right now, wait fr 10 days, I think this is a scammer

I ordered Oppo Reno 10x zoom front glass
In last month 17/05/21. Still it was not despatched. Very day I sent message mails but not respond..

I have been robbed of money by these fraudsters. They sent faulty items (in my case twice) and when we return it they deduct huge amounts as courier charges. My question is what mistake i did to deduct charges from me in the 1st place?. If they had sent working product I wouldnt have had to return it.

Also the harassement continues by their telecallers. They simply beat around the bush and ask you to call some days later ( my case happened in february and till now they have not responded properly) and the matter keeps delayed.
Later on they simply cut the call in between or put you on hold and not respond. They also pick your call knowing who is calling and dont respond. By these means they harass you to the core.

Circulating money and then refund
Orders out of stock and still keep ordering then cancel order after few days

I have Ordered (paid) Lava Z91 Touch Display - They took orders and they updated site after 2 days its out of stock. Then I requested Refund they still (as on 31/03/2021) not paid to me - They are keep on saying wait for 48 hours, They is some technical issue (past 23 Days)- stupid behaviors from support, Even they don't have money to pay refund. For this they can Beg us.

Very bad experience with touchlcdhouse online shopping.
They sent me faulty lcd when i info them about it, initially they said it will be replaced.
Then they say cannot be replaced because of package and stickers are removed.
Some how they agreed to replace it, if i will post it back to them.
So i send it back, now no response at all.
Every time we call they just say "some one from company will contact"
Its almost 4 months now. No refund No returns they cheated nicely.

I will be getting on there $#*!. Lol

Fraud website... pehle wrong product send krte he baad me return ke waqt photo send krne ke liye bolte he... fir ye humara product nhi he bata dete he...

Please don't buy any product from this company, they will take payment & never deliver the goods facing this problem since 1 year but they don't have a problem customer care number...
