I ordered 2 personalized silver medallions with the picture. I received them with difficulty; it took longer than it is said on the site. However, one of the medallions is not what I ordered. It had a different design. Different from the one I chose and paid for.

I haven't received my order yet, which is not my case. They charged my card a seperate amount from the $53.93 then another $0.45 without my permission. I emailed the company and got a response saying my bank charged me a fee because it is in another country, however I live in California and bought stuff as far as China and never has this been the case. I will not be giving them business don't bother buying anything from here their rip offs

I am a huge fan of Soufeels customer service team as well as their product. After receiving several photo charm bracelets as gifts I decided to purchase two on my own. There was an issue with the photos not turning out as I had hoped BUT Tracy@ Soufeel was on top of it and corrected the problem all while providing excellent customer service (which is hard to come by these days). I will continue to make purchases from Soufeel in the future!

I ordered these for my co-workers for the holiday! The website looks beautiful. I ordered from them because the website said they were located in NEW YORK! I placed the order and my credit card company called me and told me they are in CHINA! They had put a freeze on the order. THANK GOD. I allowed my credit card company to decline it! BEWARE of this company... but its a great idea! :(
