To be honest, I didn't believe online shop before because I couldn't see the real item and the details of it. But this website doesn't let me down. I browsed this website unconsciously on my friend's computer and I tried to choose an elegant wedding dress and a stylish silver ring from here. When they arrived, I nearly screamed out! The picture and description of the winter coat I bought resembles only the black colour. Nothing else. Ordered the coat on November 26th, and their first excuse that they gave me that it hadn't shipped was that it had a rip in it. Then the next reason 3 weeks later is that the factory shipped the WRONG" coat, so it went back. Then I finally get may coat January 28th, 2013 and the coat couldn't be further off than the picture. The lining was a short fuzz lining instead of a linx faux fur print. The coat wouldn't even keep you warm on a spring day and yet they said it was a warm winter coat.
