All this company care about is your money, & after they get your money, they stop returning your phone calls, no response to your text messages, no response to emails@ all. No follow up appoints, always rescheduling@ the last minute, & I had awful results but they don't want to talk to you about the mistakes that were made to your body.
I just finished my series of 8 Venus treatments on the outer thighs and I am thrilled with the results! I have had traditional VelaShape treatments, in the past, and found the Venus treatments so much more comfortable and effective. Jackie, my regular technician, was awesome! She combined a passion for her work with a solid knowledge of the technology to provide me with an exceptional experience! I felt sleek and beautiful on my planned vacation and was able to hit the beach with confidence! I definitely plan to return to SonoBello for more treatments, and may pursue another procedure, in the future.
I am very impressed with Sono Bello and their staff. Was able to get in for initial consultation quickly and was able to get every question asked and answered. Decision to go forward was made and financing was quickly approved and procedure was scheduled within the next week. Was very impressed with Dr. Jones and was happy to get him for my procedure.
Do not to there, I wrote them a bad review while back. Amanda has been calling me to remove the bad review for over a month. I even went to see her in person where she told me she would give me free treatments and a gift card if I removed the bad review I wrote. Since then she has called me a few times to remove it. She is rude they do not care about you. Do not to there save your money go somewhere that you can actually get results.
Lastly she told me if I didn't remove the bad review she will have her manager remove it. She said she was giving a chance to do it myself seriously I spent over 12k with this company
After an extremely painful surgical experience at Sono Bello I was left with 2 belly buttons. I can only assume the doctor was trying to make his incision where my natural belly button was but since they move you through your procedure as fast as they can I guess he didn't care to take the time to do it right. The doctor was in such a hurry to get my procedure done the pain medication didn't have time to kick in so all I felt was stabbing pain throughout my abdomen for 2 hours. They are sloppy and rude and all they want is your money. DON'T GO TO SONO BELLO! I was supposed to go back for a 2nd procedure on my hips and thighs but there was absolutely no way I was going back there for more torture and more scars! Please don't go to Sono Bello! They perform your surgery while you are still awake and it is very very painful and you'll be left with scars and unsatisfying results. I had my procedure done at the Sandy Utah office.
I went online and completed a form so someone would contact me for a consultation. I was texted a few minutes later. The person asked for my basic information and birthdate which I shared. Then the person proceeded to ask me medical questions. When I expressed that text messaging is not private/encrypted, the person texting said, I could not schedule without answering and did not provide an alternative way to communicate. SMS text messaging is not HIPAA compliant if your text contains protected health information (PHI).
UPDATE: They contacted me and tried to pass off that this is a legal activity. This demonstrated that they have no clue. This company should not be in business.

The physician was rude and dismissive. The results not at all what I expected. Horrible unsatisfactory results. Very disheartening waste of a large amount of money and time. Do not believe the results of photos advertised as results of actual clients. Gave 2stars because the office staff very friendly and polite. Otherwise would of been one or no stars.
I started this process with high hopes and a life changing experience. Everyone started very nice and said all the right things. I had lipo done on my inner thighs and knees. I did everything that I was told to do. The results are horrible. I have very bad rippling to my legs. They are now blaming the results on my skin type. I ask from the beginning if skin removal would be a better option and was assured that is procedure would be much more effective and less downtime. The satisfaction guarantee is NOT true. They do not care the depression this as caused me and that I have become isolated from everyone. I do not wish this on anyone.
First of all I was sold to believe that this procedure would only require a 3 day down time and that it would only feel as though I did a thousand sit ups. Mind you I am one to work out a lot so that didnt scare me. The procedure was extremely painful and they basically told me that they couldnt give me more anethesia so I received a stress ball to deal with it. The recovery has been hell to say the least. Dont do it!
I should have followed my instincts after my first meeting with Dr Femovich at the Sono Bello in Columbus. During my consultation, the doctor was arrogant and dismissive. He pulled down my panties without asking two different times. I asked him to stop. He needs to be investigated.
I wanted this Laser Liposuction done because of timing and price. You definitely get what you pay for, but this is your wellbeing not shopping at the dollar store, although an appropriate analogy.
I had a change of heart on what areas I wanted corrected and called the office over a week before the procedure. I was told I would have a consultation with Dr Femovich before I was sedated to make that change. When I arrived on 4/4/2024 I was told that was not going to happen and my husband could not accompany me to the exam room to meet the doctor. I insisted. Dr Femovich had me stand up in front of the mirror, in the paper underwear they give you, as I started to explain my thoughts. He stopped me and said, "not today-not ever". I was shocked! I responded, "I called, I was told this was protocol, plus it's my body and my money". He got up and walked out.
I am taking this to the medical board of Ohio. Please to not put yourself through this and go to a respected plastic surgeon if you what to explore this type of surgery further.
I had the surgery 4 months ago, the only change is my stomach is uneven. The top of the stomach the Dr. did not touch. The middle of the stomach is still around with the same fat and the lower part of my stomach has extra loose skin. My bra row which I had done as well still have fat in it. I have seen no change but now my body is uneven
I am very disappointed with my results. I wanted a tummy tuck and I get allot of fat in the areas I didn't do anything. They response was I was the same and now is more visible because I did my belly which was a bit hanging. I don't know why I needed anesthesia to my arms and back since I didn't do anything there?! Now I have access of fat to those areas which I didn't have before. They responded me that I should do those too. The procedure was extremely painful and the nurse said to the dr that machine is old and maybe is not working so the body might not be under anesthesia but he just wanted to have it done. I felt I was cut alive. That was the worst experience of my life and now I have shoulders and back fat that I don't know how to loose.
I went in to have lipo in 2020, I wasn't happy with my results. I waited 6 months to a year and still was not happy, my Dr. No longer worked there but another Dr agreed to a revision. I had to keep contacting them about scheduling. And I had a pre op and a surgery date, well almost time for pre op, I get a call saying my Dr that will be doing my revision is injured and they will contact me when he returns! Well here it is 2022 and I never heard anything else from them since that last call! And I just didn't even want to be serviced by them anymore so I never called them either! So much money for such little results
I do not suggest or recommend anyone go to sonobello. I had 2 experiences there both were awful.
Dr. Mendoza did my hips uneven and didn't remove all that he could. Even a nurse said he gets lots of compliments
So I had a revision done which if they would of done it right the first time then I wouldn't of had to go back.
I did the ex to make sure I would be happy with my results. When I did that I had 4 infections in 3 months and had to go to therapy for my leg because dr. Lyons cut to deep and he even remembers that happening to someone else.
I had them look at my file because I wanted a refund. Christie first said you are over your weight and I said absolutely not I don't even know where she got that number from so they clearly didn't review anything. Then she said well now you don't get a refund because you got results.
That's funny last I knew this was my body and I clearly did not get the results like the before and after pictures. Sonobello is a scam
I had a procedure on 8/7/21 at Sonobella at Tysons Corner, VA. I had lots of question and while speaking to a tall lady who collects the deposits for the surgery. I could hear in the background, tapping her nails at the desk, aggravated because I had questions. Very unprofessional, I was lied all long of how painful the procedure was going to be. Everyone was on a rush, when I expressed, how nervous I was. I spent over $13,000. I work with providers and if we ever treated a patient like this, I can guarantee you, I wouldn't have a job.
There was subtle difference for the past year. When I wanted to repeat the procedure I was told I had to be within 2 lbs of starting wait. My wait fluctuates by 5-8 lbs depending on the day of the week etc. so the free revision isn't happening to see if it could improve my results. It was way more painful than described during and post op. I spent 6k to look no different. I'm so upset and feel scammed. I could have gone to a plastic surgeon and got real lipo that would have been dramatic and more effective for only slightly more.

I am so pleased with my results from my first procedure. My virtual appointment with Cindy from Florida was so pleasant and helpful.
Then my procedure was great. My Doctor was Dr. Brownstein. He was fantastic. He did an unbelievable job. Jessica Carpenter was the RN. She was so pleasant and sweet to me. I had my procedure in Cranberry but Dr Brownstein is back home at King of Prussia Pa. So I am going there to have him do my second surgery. He even called me the day after to see how I felt. That is truly amazing. The Dr calling you?
I have already lost 20 pounds and my areas he did, look great. My husband compliments me every day. Thank you, Dr. Brownstein!
WORKERS BEWARE: Absolute worst place to work. They 100% do not care for their people. You will work yourself into severe exhaustion and even suffer medical conditions and they will treat you like crap. They will violate your basic employee rights and think they can get away with it. Ran by a bunch of catty woman who think they are god. It's like a mean girls high school movie, but worse. Nasty humans! Run! Don't walk, Run! It's totally a pyramid scheme too. They push you to make unreasonable goals at any costs so they can make their money to buy Botox. Puts profit over everything including health and safety. Total joke of a job. If you want it get ready to be depleted of your soul!
PATIENT'S BEWARE: They offer mediocre results most of the time. There are patients who have had awful results as well. Like messed up belly buttons and sometimes really nasty infections. Doctors are awful and treat patients and clinical staff with rude and demeaning behavior. The Practice Manager is a joke. She sits around and does nothing while micro managing the entire staff. Overpriced and underwhelming experience. You will likely be disappointed. THEY TEACH THE CONSULTANT TO PERSUADE PEOPLE TO GIVE THEM ALL THE MONEY THEY CAN GET IN! Don't be fooled. Do you research!
I was a bit skeptical at first, but sooo impressed! My counselor (Chelsea) was wonderful. She handled all my questions quickly and professionally. Dr. Kosowski has a wonderful bed side manner and truly wants the best results for his patients. My nurses. Michelle and Celine were so caring and kind. They did everything positron make me comfortable. I've been an Operating Room nurse for 26 years, this group is fantastic at what they do. Im disappointed they don't offer more procedures. I'd definitely go back. Go for a consultation. You'll be so glad you did.

I look like an muffin top now more than ever. I had an appointment today, April 18,2024. The surgeon came and told me I look good. Which she could clearly see I did not, but you look better than when you came in. Look at what you were before you came here. I said I spent a lot of money here not to look dysfunctional. I want to be proportion, she then went scare tactic and told me if I have more liposuction I would have she named it. I don't know what it is skin disease. The nurse chimed in and said my stomach like a balloon the more you take out my stomach the more wrinkles I would have. The commercial said that taken away forever but no, I have a lot of fat on the upper half now. And I eat a lot of chicken and salad. I don't think it was done. Not only that when I was there, they pulled her out of surgery to talk to me.
I raise that concern and then she told me she doing me a favor. I feel like I was robbed. Then she said my fat is because she couldn't pull the skin down because it's on the upper half. And she could only do 50 to 75% of fat removal. I can grab at least 3 inches and I weigh 130.
Answer: It feels so friggin awful. They lie. Everyone lies. It's like being sliced open with a big poker and then that poker getting jammed up under you skin for hours.
