The gal who I initially met with, (her job is to sell you) went so hard, she didn't have to, I wanted the procedure. After it was done I discovered they didn't even do my back. It was then they told me they only remove a certain amount. I expressed had I known that I would have scheduled different times for the procedure. So I ended up with only the front half of my abdominal area done and not anything in my back. They would not reschedule me or even acknowledge they they didn't do a whole procedure on me.
I went in to have lipo in 2020, I wasn't happy with my results. I waited 6 months to a year and still was not happy, my Dr. No longer worked there but another Dr agreed to a revision. I had to keep contacting them about scheduling. And I had a pre op and a surgery date, well almost time for pre op, I get a call saying my Dr that will be doing my revision is injured and they will contact me when he returns! Well here it is 2022 and I never heard anything else from them since that last call! And I just didn't even want to be serviced by them anymore so I never called them either! So much money for such little results
I recently visited Sonobello Norfolk and felt extremely uneasy after the visit. The patient car associate Ariel Delorito was aggressive, pushy, and tried to tell me I needed an additional procedure before even looking at me. At that point, I knew they were full of it. She came off dishonest and it made me extremely uncomfortable. I will not be going forward with the procedure. And after reading some of these reviews and seeing pictures. I know I've made the right choice. They should be ashamed!
I went for a free consultation with Julie at the Brookfield, Wisconsin location. The first question was my weight and she said the price was based on my weight. The website states it's $1395 per area. I consider this a SCAM! Then I asked since this is an ambulatory surgery center what hospital would they send a patient if there was a problem. She guessed Froedtert. They have had a death doing these procedures they should have back ups. I left and won't go back.
I recently went bck 3/14/22 to do my hips and little touch up on my bra roll on my right side I had doctor green who did awesome job she not about the money she will tell u if u really need it or not and depending on the area if it's even something to consider overall this is my second time but I enjoy this doctor very well she took time to check on me on the weekend on her own personal phone which I was surprised I love the wrk and the front desk and the nurse are very welcoming and I used the same person who I can talk to about anything regarding my surgery her name is Raquel and this is at the Fort Lauderdale office I enjoy them a lot so the 3rd pic bck in September my hips I hate an the first two are recently from last month!
All this company care about is your money, & after they get your money, they stop returning your phone calls, no response to your text messages, no response to emails@ all. No follow up appoints, always rescheduling@ the last minute, & I had awful results but they don't want to talk to you about the mistakes that were made to your body.
I talked to Julie from the Sonobello Troy office about a LaserLipo procedure. When I talked to her I was under the prior impression that it was much different from regular lipo, much less invasive. She told me that they still had to go under the skin, but the procedure was much different than "regular" liposuction, using a laser making it minimally invasive and less traumatic to the body. She told me you had to wear a compression garment for 6 weeks after. I had scheduled a cruise and did not want to wear a garment on it, so she helped me schedule an appointment in Cleveland (3 hour drive and requiring hotel stay) so I would be garment free by time of cruise. Put $1000 down. Went to Clevelend to have procedure on February 19,2022. Met doctor for preop on 2-18-2022, and it was not the doctor I had been sent me a profile for in preop information packet. Then he told me, no, I was mistaken, it was regular lipo, the laser was only small part of procedure. He apologized for their sales people. Then I was told I had to wear garment for 3 months. Once again, apologized to about sales staffs bad info. I was so scared by this point I called office and told them I was frightened. A business manager from Cleveland called me back, apologized profusely for my experience, and told me they didn't normally give refunds, but I would get a full one. She said she could tell how scared I was, could see why, and shouldn't do an elective surgery feeling that way. I went home, still paying hundreds for trip. Once home, Julie left a message saying I would be getting no refund, and if I had put $2000 down I would have lost that too. I called the sales manager from Cleveland multiple times and left messages for her to call me back, since she is the one who told me I would get a full refund. She was always "in a meeting" and never returned any of my calls. What reputable business does that? I feel I am a victim of fraud at the very least, and possibly medical negligence.
Do not waste your money with these people. Like a lot of other reviewers my appointments were cancelled and rescheduled several times.
At my kadt appointment I told the Dictor i was not happy with the results after 9 months. She agreed I had a valid complaint and told me as soon as she put in her report I would get s call from the office manager, that was 10 days ago and I still haven't heard anything.
I'm beginning to think the reviewer who compared it to a bait and switch was not wrong.

So, I feel as though they didn't take much fat at all from the areas I requested, several months later my love handles hadn't changed much at all even after the swelling went down, and I hadn't gained any weight at all. I have a little flap of skin sticking out at the one of the end of the scar from the tummy tuck. I had lipo and a tummy tuck done at the same time, (no abdominal muscle repair)
Overall just dissatisfied, very minimal fat was taken during lipo. It's been 3 years since I had my surgery
I actually felt a bit of pain during the surgery as certain areas of my abdomen weren't completely numb when they were cutting my skin.
I gave them a large cash deposit for a procedure in July of 2021, due to medical circumstances I was unable to have the procedure. The 1st attempt to have the service, my prescription for pain med was called into the wrong pharmacy and I was not notified of the procedure date. 2nd and third time I had to send lab work and again no response on the blood work, I had to call repeatedly to find out that the procedures were canceled. I was not contacted again to reschedule or discuss next steps. When I asked for a refund, no response. I called corporate, no response. Next step is an attorney. I would advise staying away from this service provider, clearly NOT looking out for you.
Let just say I know what to expect. ( Had lipo and tri sculpt ex tmy tuck) I went to Dallas and my doctor and staff were cool. I did not feel a thing during the procedure except for a slight tug and the nurse telling me to turn on one side then the other. I was very comfortable. Went back for my one week check up looked good, had some fluid removed and moving forward. People you still need to workout and eat properly. They are removing surface fat nothing below the muscle. This is not Dr. Miami this is Sono Bello. You will be sore. I quit taking my pain meds on the 3rd day. Still sore but tolerable without. I had 3000 cc removed. I dont expect to have a Kim Kardashian stomach and waist, but from what I saw of my results by 3 months I will look even better. Thanks.

I started this process with high hopes and a life changing experience. Everyone started very nice and said all the right things. I had lipo done on my inner thighs and knees. I did everything that I was told to do. The results are horrible. I have very bad rippling to my legs. They are now blaming the results on my skin type. I ask from the beginning if skin removal would be a better option and was assured that is procedure would be much more effective and less downtime. The satisfaction guarantee is NOT true. They do not care the depression this as caused me and that I have become isolated from everyone. I do not wish this on anyone.
My. Wife and i went in for a consultation hanna was nice but that's because she hadn't got our money yet. We left and thought a1c we would get for my wife and we would be done then they want a medical clearance from my wife's doctor why the only thing we can see is that their doctor was to scared to be sued i guess. Made no since to us when we explained to them we couldn't do that they would not return our call or nothing so we are not having done. Good thing after seeing these reviews. I would not recommend them run they don't return calls and they don't try to come up with a soulution
Had laser assisted lipo done at sonobello. Felt a terrible burning sensation during the procedure which the dr said was normal and dismissed.
At the 1 week follow up had an extremely painful sore that was unlike the other surgical sites but was told it was as a tape allergy although I've never experienced that prior and all other sites which were taped appeared normal.
Sought a second opinion the following day and found I had an undiagnosed staph infection and full thickness 3rd degree burn from the procedure. It took nearly 5 months and multiple other procedures and burn center visits to heal. Left with permanent scarring and disfigurement.
I was very nervous anyway about this. I got there a little after 10 for a 10:15 appointment. After filling out paperwork, I waited another half hour. My husband had an appointment he couldn't miss within the next hour, so I left. The receptionist was very nice. The woman who took me in down a very long hallway walked a runway walk in her very tight leather pants. She looked like she just stepped out of a magazine. The other girl was the same only had dark hair. If I wanted my self image to be challenged, this was the place. I want to see someone who has experienced life and looks like it. I'll look into a plastic surgeon.
The pictures shown and my results do not match! Doctor Willard blamed it on an excuse and would not stand up for there Garanty of satisfaction!

THIS MAY NOT BE ABLE TO BE FIXED. 8000 LATER AND THESE PEOPLE TELL ME OH WE CAN DO THE TIGHENING SKIN PROCEDURE BUT IT COSTLY AND GUARANTEE. HELLO YOU F ME UP YOU SHOULD FIX IT FOR FREE OR GIVE A F REFUND. I'M LOOKING INTO A LAWYER AND A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT BECAUSE THIS ISN'T THE FIRST PERSON THEY F UP. SAVE YOUR MONEY...
I had a procedure on 8/7/21 at Sonobella at Tysons Corner, VA. I had lots of question and while speaking to a tall lady who collects the deposits for the surgery. I could hear in the background, tapping her nails at the desk, aggravated because I had questions. Very unprofessional, I was lied all long of how painful the procedure was going to be. Everyone was on a rush, when I expressed, how nervous I was. I spent over $13,000. I work with providers and if we ever treated a patient like this, I can guarantee you, I wouldn't have a job.
Answer: It feels so friggin awful. They lie. Everyone lies. It's like being sliced open with a big poker and then that poker getting jammed up under you skin for hours.
