I ordered a nice #49.00 pen from them and the website indicated it was in stock. A week after the order I get an email from "Jenna" stating it was out of stock and they wanted me to order a $28.00 pen instead. STAY AWAY.

I purchased this item after seen a commercial on tv, it stated it was an air conditioner and when I received the item it is only a small exhaust fan.
It does have enough power to cool a car or truck, I sent an email stating I would like to return the item for a refund.
They will not give me a refund, I told them that it's not a air conditioner and I do not need an exhaust fan, I need a air conditioner.
I sent several email, and they still will not give me a refund.
So I will never do business with this company ever again.
I had to put a star for rating, but they are not even worth 1 star!

BEWARE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! I ordered 1 item 2 mos. Ago and still have not received it. The whole process has been very suspicious. The day after I placed my order I received tracking info and was able to see a label was made for the item. However, 2 months later there has been no movement and no help from SOHO's customer service to give me any help or info regarding the location of my item. In addition, when I ordered the item online it shows their location as Cheyenne, Wyoming with no indication I would be dealing with people or waiting for merchandise from China which is extraordinarily deceiving. Steer clear of giving this company any of your money! They are very clearly a hoax and thieves for taking money for products you will never receive!

After I ordered, they gave me a confirmation email, but three days later, my order disappeared from their website! I sent a message from their website but it shows an error message. I just sent them to cancel my order. If they don't respond today, I will dispute the credit card and report them as a scam right away.

I requested the least expensive shipping and the package arrived super fast, much sooner than I expected I had to admit.

They had a wide selection with good descriptions so that I could find the stuff that would work for me.

Ordered a Remote Control Track Vehicle at $80 on May 15 and received it on 24 July. I was not aware that it was being shipped by a slow boat from China. The box arrived crashed and since there was zero packing supplies in the box, the vehicle was broken and so was the remote control. The vehicle also looked like it was not worth the $80 that I paid. I read their return policy and learned that I must ship the item back in its same (crushed) box to Switzerland, so they can determine it a refund is due. I know that sending a somewhat large box overseas will cost a minimum of $60 to send. They got me because it would not be worth the trouble of shipping cost to maybe get back less then $20, I would be out of the $80 and the return shipping cost. I have emailed their customer service twice in the last two weeks and have received no reply. I have also called their phone number several times, only to get a recording to email the customer service, which does not reply to my emails. DO NOT buy from Soho Emporium... slow delivery, poor packaging, NO customer service. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!
