I need my money from this scammer! A dress that I ordered was not even fit for Halloween! Dress was a piece of $#*!! I am ticked off with the scam. They send an address in queens and not China. I then returned the piece ofc$#*!, the next day to the address in queens. Now they are writing that this was to be sent to China! Only want to pay me half of my money back!

My dress quality is very poor and as all the other reviews say, you can't return, they tell you they are overseas and that is why you can't return. My daughters wedding is 8 days away and still no dress to wear and no money back. Stay away

Sogown is the worst. They claim to have a refund policy, but they do not. They do not answer emails, they have no phone number. The material and fit was awful on my mother of the groom dress. CANNOT RETURN TO THEM. I am out this money.

This company should be shut down for scamming the public. I ordered a dress based on the online picture and description and I did not receive anything close to what I was supposed to. The dress that arrived was a different color, a different fabric and a different style. I ordered a taupe colored dress and received a gold color instead. I reached out to Sogown with pics of the dress on the website and pics of the actual dress I received and they stopped responding once they received the pics. This is truly ridiculous! I pray no one else falls for this as they are out to ultimately take your money. They do not care what they send you. Once they have your money, they are done with you and it's on to the next $200 robbery.

The overall quality of their product is there however the shape of the dress is not what you would expect. I ordered a size up to anticipate the sizing and it still wouldn't zip. The website has no phone number so you can only communicate by email. I've been trying to work with them on returning my dress for over a week now and no response. I don't anticipate getting my money back and being able to return the dress. Do not order from this company.

WORST customer service for returns- EVER! They aren't even following their own return policy. The dress is nice, but it doesn't fit right, which they stated that isn't a reason I could return it.

I ordered a gown for my daughter's wedding, and they sent the wrong color gown. I emailed them because they did not have a forwarding address or telephone number to speak with someone. They told me to reorder another gown in the color that I wanted, and I may or may not get a refund for the gown if I send it back. They offered me 10% of a refund, which is an insult and I still have not seen.
This company is horrible, and I would not recommend anyone to them

The gown took 2 months to arrive, looked nothing like the picture and did not fit. I was told that I should have it altered which is not possible. I just wanted to return the dress but was told that it would cost more to return as it was made in China and that they would give me a 10% refund. The website states that they will give a refund but all I seem to be able to get is 20%. This is not a reputable company and you should stay away from ordering!

Order an outfit for a wedding it was way too big, I returned it the next day. I have been fighting with this company since January 29 2022 to get my money. First they say I have to pay for customs and shipping no problem did so, now 2 months later their emails all repeat themselves pay for shipping, customs. They just don't wanna give you a refund for something that doesn't fit a d was returned. This place is a RIP OFF SAVE YOUR MONEY USE A COMPANY IN THE USA NOT SO. E PLACE ELSE. LESSON WELL LEARNED ON MY PART I WILL BE LEAVING A REVIEW EVERYDAY UNTIL I GET MONEY BACK

I'll add another poor review to this ever growing list. My mistake is that I should have read reviews before ordering, never again will I do that! I ordered a MOB dress, paid extra $$for expedited shipping, a total waste of $$. After waiting for 3 weeks it finally arrived, wadded up in a plastic bag. The zipper head pulled off the first time I zipped it up. I contacted the company, it took them 4 emails and 4 days to respond; I was told to take it to a tailor for repair. It's a hidden zipper so it can't really be repaired, the entire dress would have to be taken apart to sew in another zipper, not to mention that I don't have time to have anything done to it as the wedding is in 4 days. So I'm out over $200 for a dress that is useless. They will not refund me any money.

We ordered a wedding dress and 2 bridesmaid dresses. When thr dresses arrived, they not only didn't fit but the quality was atrocious and they can't be fixed. Sogowns says they have free returns. What a crock! They won't take them back a day aren't refunding our money. They said get them altered. You can't add material that isn't there ànd you can't fix poor sewing... i. e. Puckering at the zipper, missing buttons, etc. Don't buy from them!

Unfortunately I ordered a MOB pantsuit, custom sized. Arrived way too small. Will not answer my many emails, looks like I'm out $225. UGH. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I was so hopeful for a beautiful pantsuit to wear to our daughters wedding. Very disappointed in Sogown and myself for getting scammed! Horrible company.

If I could rate this company a ZERO, I would. The sizing chart is not accurate. The size I ordered, based on their sizing chart was a 6. It is HUGE on me & when I took it to be altered, my seamstress, she said I needed a size 2 & because of the beading, it wpuld be nearly impossible to alter that many sizes. Attempting to return the dress has been one, huge run around!
I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. I have told EVERYONE I know, & will continue to do so, to stay away from this company. Unprofessional, not customer friendly, & they do NOT honor their own return policy!

They won't refund my money. Dress was like a costume. Even tho there website says money back guarantee

I return the Merchandise in June, but no return my money. I send many inquire and nothing, no return my money

I followed protocol for the return and they fought with me back and forth. Said they would refund me some of my money and I NEVER received it. That was over 2 years ago. Very poor customer service. I will NEVER order from here again and have been warning my friends to never use this site.\

The order you placed on their advertise photos, doesn't have anything in common with the dress you'll receive. Everything is a big lie!
Better you make a donation for a real cause.

I purchased a dress that 1) did not fit based on their measurements. 2) the tulle that is on the top shows a medium skin tone (blended well in the picture), what I got was white tulle. The color of the dress is grape - so the tulle should be flesh tone, not white. You have to be as white as a ghost for it to sort of look good. They REFUSE to accept a return. Stay far, far away from these people. The first picture is what it should look like. The second shows how light it actually is. There's no way I can expose my skin to the sun - it will look like a white tank top under the dress. It's aweful!
