This company should be shut down for scamming the public. I ordered a dress based on the online picture and description and I did not receive anything close to what I was supposed to. The dress that arrived was a different color, a different fabric and a different style. I ordered a taupe colored dress and received a gold color instead. I reached out to Sogown with pics of the dress on the website and pics of the actual dress I received and they stopped responding once they received the pics. This is truly ridiculous! I pray no one else falls for this as they are out to ultimately take your money. They do not care what they send you. Once they have your money, they are done with you and it's on to the next $200 robbery.
Tip for consumers:
These types of online stores need to clearly state their return policy. I make a habit of only purchasing from companies that have a return policy. Sogowns stated they have a return policy but did not ever intend to accept this return even though it was clearly not the dress I ordered. It is false advertising.
