Placed my order for MS Office 2016 on Wednesday 5:47 PM and received the product key the next day, Thursday 7:46 AM. The price was very competitive. There were no issues installing the software and registering it. I'm very happy with my purchase. Minus 1 because it took a while to get the product key.
Do not buy - no responses to emails when product they sold me was no longer supported by MS. Have initiated PAYPAL dispute and will also pursue credit card company to dispute the transition. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS
I purchased Visio Professional 2016 through SoftwareKeep. Downloaded the software and received the Product Key. Attempted to activate the software and had a Product Key error. Scheduled and appointment with their Tech group for 11:15 a.m. on Sunday. They finally call me at 1:20 pm, worked for an hour and could not fix the problem. I will probably never purchase software through them again.
When you spend your money with a bunch of nerds who think everyone in the world is like them----don't expect any customer service. They will take your money and then blame you for the lack of instructions.
I ask for pricematch on other website. After verification they match the price and I immediately order 2 for my office. I was satisfied because of fast response and good service.
I am not an online buyer and I do hesitate in purchasing online. This is the first time I tried to do it because of how cheap their products are. This is an updated review. SoftwareKeep sold me a product that stopped working after I reinstalled windows. After a painful and persistent several days back and forth with customer service, they finally addressed my concerns. To their credit, they went above and beyond with a free software upgrade in the final solution, but the original problem and their initial reaction to it makes me wary.

I purchased MS Office from softwareKeep when I still had a 365 subscription. Didn't know it didn't load properly until the 365 subscription ended. Turned out a simple delete the program and restart didn't take care of it... but in the bowels of the computer support found threads still lingering that needed to be removed. Love it now that all is installed. Purchased over the Memorial Day weekend and it took 2 days to receive the product key (their offices were closed). Left msgs because the download was labeled Australia. I did indicate I was in the U.S. and was concerned I had been sent the wrong download. I found out today that the Australia download is universal and works in the U.S. If they had mentioned that upfront I would have had less angst this weekend. I would recommend SoftwareKeep. Great low price and good customer service. Purchasing on a holiday weekend created a delay for me but other than that I am a happy customer!
