If your computer malfunctions or OS has to be reinstalled 90 days after the purchase of software from them they will not replace the software. STAY CLEAR. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY with them. BUY software on USB or DVDs.
Their policy is software must be uninstalled. Well, if computer is frozen, that's impossible. Bad business

I had difficulty downloading office 2010 after purchasing due to my inexperience.
Allan at SoftwareKeep offered to help and he was able to uninstall and reinstall the program with excellent results. My computer is slow but he stayed with it for as long as it took to complete the installation with success! Excellent customer service and very appreciated.

I ordered MSACCESS16. I never received it. I never received a refund. I would send emails and all I ever received was the email telling me I would receive a refund in 48 hours. I was told they were out of stock, however their website has always continued to list it for sale.

Bought Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student, they send Microsoft Office 2019 Professional code and instruction, because they sold out on Home and Student. I asked to cancel order and they denied since code was used for software i didnt even bought.
They trying to scam people selling fake licenses.
