This place is has it all. I found people to chat with, game with, and have made some real connections because of it. Would recommend everyone to give this a try!

This place has an amazing community filled with a supportive, fun, and quirky atmosphere. Lots of laughs are shared and it's a great place to be to just enjoy your time with others. If you're like me and in a very rural area, this place helps connect you to others across the globe and make amazing friendships that will last a lifetime. With virtual meet-ups for games, and in-person meet-ups, it truly brings social media to a new level.

Great people, good conversations, games galore, meet ups, not much more you could ask for in a social website.

Awesome community! Everyone is so lovely and supportive. There are sub-rooms so you can find people who like the same stuff as you, it's really easy to navigate and all the mods are super helpful and nice. I've not really had any bad experience on the site at all! :) They also have a facebook page that keeps everyone up to date on current events and app updates! It's super fun and friendly and you should join! :D

But really, it's a lovely place and we get together for some games, chatting, and there's rumors of IRL interaction though I'm pretty sure half the "people" are bots.

Excellent website, great community, lovely people. I'm afraid I've connected every single day since I joined few months ago... It's strangely addictive, be warned! But I've made great friends and 10/10 would recommend!

It is so much better than Facebook and other social media I had issues with in the past. Because of school and work I had to leave this social media.

I joined the SoSa community mid august and since then I have subscribed to support the platform and the community. The moderation and user service is extremely helpful. The community in general is enjoyable and I have made several connections through this site. I look forward to chat up with the folks of SoSa every day I get off work. Join in, it's really fun!

Great website full of fun people. General-chat is great for meeting new friends from all over the world. Meetups are organized for people living close to eachother and so on.

A social network where you actually talk to people not only lurk around.

What can I really say about Social Savanna that hasn't already been said about the wheel, electric lighting, penicillin or the smart phone? It's revolutionized our world and will go down in history as one of the truly great inventions of our times.

When I first joined Social Savanna, I was in a slump. But the very first time I went into the chatroom I knew it would be special. First we skydived out of Airforce One because President Ford told us to "get off his plane". Then we landed nicely on my speed boat driven by Charlies Angels and gulped down some mimosas real fast so there's time to put on our leather jackets and jump the shark. The crowd went wild (because I'm kind of a big deal). Magnanimous man that I am, I waved my now exquisitely muscled arm and smiled with my chiseled jaw. Laughing my hearty laugh, I told James to wait as I fetched my Lamborghini. He waited with baited breath as I zoomed towards him at 400 miles an hour. Just as he started to fear obliteration, I turned the wheel sharply and did a barrel roll right above him. Fireworks went off and Stars and Stripes forever played in the background as the Blue Angels did aerial acrobatics overheard. Only this wasn't just any barrel roll. I handed him a beer as our paths crossed and we locked arms in a perfect re-enactment of the handshake scene between Arnold and Carl Weathers in Predator. The car slid to a graceful stop and I gestured for him to get in. We drove off to the island's summit where my helicopter to Jurassic Park awaited our arrival. We spared no expense.

I am a heron. I have a long neck and I pick fish out of the water with my beak. If you don't repost this comment on 10 other pages, I will fly into your kitchen tonight and make a mess of your pots and pans.

I personaly found a lot of friends there - imgurian comunity is nice and open in general so I instantly felt like I know them for a very long time already... I am basicaly a newcomer in terms of days spent there but I already had big fun there as well as serious discussions... Social Savanna is basicaly really live community open minded and anyone can join without being judged or harrassed... 35 out of 17 would totaly join again

My faith in humanity got restored thanks to Social Savanna. It's a really good website, with amazing people.

Wanted to meet other Imgurians and have fun, ended up dating a pizza roll. Ended badly.

Abbreviated SoSa by many of its inhabitants. It's a great place to meet people who enjoy things on the internet, like pictures. Most of the users come from Imgur.com (an image hosting site). If you like cats, you're welcome. If you like dogs, you're welcome. If you like animals in general, you're welcome. Cat selfies are a must, people love that.

Well that was more about why you should join. The site's great. It's built very well and response times on issues are very fast on the owner's part. There are tons of cool features like group video chat, chat rooms (public and private), creating meetups with users, and there's even a mechanism that acts kind of like a singles finder! It's a great site, come check it out!

Haven't missed a day on Social savanna since i joined, made some awesome new friends and had some nice discussions on both fun and serious topics... Great, easy and outgoing people on there, 10/10 would join again! :D

SoSa has introduced me to a lot of like minded people from all over the world.
I like discussing cultural differences or learning about interesting facts from other countries. As a language lover, it is a wonderful opportunity to speak/practice different languages, too.
Most of us share a common sense of humour and I get so many laughs out of it. Got to know many people who have become important to me and we interact outside of the social network aswell. I know a lot of people have already been to meetups and there have even built couples thanks to Social Savanna. Looking forward to become a Swede now. I'm not good at this. Bye :)

Well, I have found my SO and awesome friends on this website. The chat system is great, the community is easy going and open minded. I love it

I joined this site on the day it launched (end of february), and I'm afraid to say I'm not sure I have ever skipped a day visiting it since. At least not more than a handful. Be warned! ;)
