My son received a soccer jersey as a gift and I was told the only way to exchange it was for me to purchase a new jersey and when they receive the big one back, they would issue me a credit. Well, 6 weeks later, still no credit and come to find out they credited the person who gave him the gift. Customer service was ridiculous and being placed on several lengthly holds they told me I should ask the person who gave my son the gift for my money?! Never buying anything from them again.
At first I was skeptical to buy from them because of all the negative comments. I was presently surprised. I ordered Arsenal's authentic black kit on backorder. Was slated to get it in mid November. I got it a week after placing the order. It's very good quality. If I ever need another kit I will order from soccer.com
Not only the shoes that I've ordered were overpriced and poor quality, but also the customer service was awful. No return label was included in the package and it was impossible to get a hold of anybody in the customer service to resolve the issue. I would never recommend this website to anybody.
Despite all the bad reviews, I received my order on time. It was the exact date it gave me before I purchased my item and it came back perfectly! I was a little nervous due to the companys history but they did not dissapoint. Im happy with my jersey that I ordered and I applaud soccer.com for getting me my item by Christmas!
Terrible customer service and extremely long delivery time... it's really unacceptable! Originally they give 6 weeks for delivery and I am already going for week 10 and they still have not shipping to me TERRIBLE!
This is the worst site with even worst customer service. I ordered my son's club orders their kits through this site and I ordered as soon as they were available. 2 months later, 8 customer service emails later and my son still doesn't have his uniform.
We ordered team shorts in June, the 2nd kid on the team to place an order. We were told we would get the shorts in July. Then August. Then September. At this point every kid on the team has their shorts (same size, same everything), and we are now told that it will be the end of October. We have spent thousands of dollars here, due to competitive soccer, and have never received good customer service. Stay away from this place if you have a choice.
Seems this is the business they have. They show one price and charge you an extra 25 or so dollars. I called to cancel but they agents are trained to say the transaction cannot be seen. 4am they say it has shipped after calling 2 times to cancell. Best believe I am getting my money back however it takes and I am never doing business here.
I have order, multiple times just because it is what the club required.
My order did not have all the items and I called them and they said they will sip it right away next day delivery two weeks later nothing, order still processing I called back and they said the order is in place keep checking my order was place July 3 2023 it is August 17 2023 and still waiting. Why they promise and they don't delivery?

I have used soccer.com since 2006 and never had any issues. They have always been amazing when I need to return/exchange something. It is always the first place I go to buy any soccer gear that I need.
soccer.com might be the worst company ever. My kids soccer club requires us to use them and they think they have a monopoly. Last year they didn't ship my sons jerseys until after the season was over and they wouldn't give me a refund. What a joke. Don't use them!
Called within an hour to mod my order and got the worst Customer Service agent. And ultimately told "oh well". What a joke company. Emailed the company and got the same response.
I had to order 400 $worth of soccer uniforms / soccer bag for my son for his soccer club and for them to send the wrong size when I called them they said I would have to place the order again pay $400 and once they received my original order I would get refunded it's already been four weeks and I have not got my refund. And every time I call they keep telling me they are backed up. Will not be ordering from them again
F ing customer's service does not listen to what you are saying. Keep cutting what you try to explain and keep saying what she needs to tell me. I was waiting while she explained and when I have a chance to explain my situation, I was cut by the rep again. I got erupted and then she says she understand all my situation and she says I got mad because of my frustration. But, I was mad because she keeps cutting my explanation. I am working on $1,000 purchase and she does not care what I am trying to explain. How can customer rep handler customer's needs without listening to customers? I never had this mad with customer service. They are supposed to be patient to listen to the customer before they address the issue.
I asked to cancel the order They did not. The order initially was in back order. Send an email to inquire why the order was not cancel the next day they said the ship it. I call customer service very unprofessional lady was half way asleep burping and rude.
I bought a tshirt, 120$ on the web site... and when, after many weeks, it arrived, i see on the sticker 90$... just scandalous.
And for the shipment, the previous date write on the web site when you make your order is a fake.
My son got $100 for a gift card and tried spending the whole thing on this site. Well it kept being declined, and finally went over to Nike website and had NO PROBLEMS. Even called customer service and thought everything was fine she was gonna have a supervisor fix it, but I got an email several hours later still saying declined. He even added the membership to his cart. So now I will NEVER use the site again
I order soccer cleats and a ball. Charged me the correct amount and then they reversed it. A week later, they charged me for just the cleats and sent them. With no mention of the soccer ball. Then, they sent me a stream of emails asking me to only review the soccer ball I hadn't received. Four months later, they randomly sent me an email saying the soccer ball had shipped and they charged me more than I had originally tried to buy it for. I immediately sent an email explaining I bought a soccer ball from a different company and that it was wrong to charge a person four months after they tried to buy a product. They never responded.
As a coach of a comp team, my club uses soccer.com for their gear. I couldn't be more disappointed with this company. They have extremely poor customer service, and their products are also poor. I ordered a coffee mug with my club logo on it. Handle was broken but you could see someone made an attempt to cheaply fix it with glue... then sent to me. When I took photos and sent them to soccer.com, customer service said they ran out of the mugs and would not be making more (i. E. would not replace the broken mug they sent me). Most of my team is still waiting for gear ordered two months ago.
Most recently attempted to order soccer balls for training. One week later they message me and are out of the balls and have canceled my order. Lame!
I bought a jersey paid for two day shipping when the item didnt arrive I called FedEx they said soccer.com called and requested the item be returned... WTF couldnt get a reason from Soccer.com, dont use this company! Getting a refund is impossible I had to have my credit card company involved.
