I made a purchase and on the website they say that the delivery is scheduled and then when I called talking about the date that was written on the purchase order they simply say that there is an error on the website and that's it... in the end I made the purchase of a uniform that was on the website predicted delivery on a date that simply did not happen.
The details are not worth my time to explain: suffice to say that after multiple attempts, the physical gift card I was attempting to order for my grandson, beginning in early Dec. 2016, never came and there was no communication from soocer.com explaining the problem or attempting to remedy it. Finally they finally emailed an electronic gift card and it didn't work (finally did after multiple attempts). Then they send an email (three times) to my registered requesting my review, requiring me to sign in to my account and when I attempt to, they say my email address is unregistered, despite their having sent at least 6 emails to this address: dumbfounding incompetence!
I ordered something and chose 2 day shipping. It wasn't til the order was processed that it said It wouldn't ship for over a week and I needed it immediately. I immediately called the company. Got some guy who sounded like he had been sleeping who said he would have to send an email. Now I am getting emails that the order is too far along in the process to cancel. How is that when I literally called as soon as I placed order. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are horrible!
Soccer.com customer service is very subpar. I ordered two online items that were in stock. Their delivery estimate was 2 weeks. I contacted them 5 days after the 2 weeks since I had heard anything from them. It turned out they were out my of 1st items and said they would be shipping my 2nd item in two weeks. My issue is they didn't contact me about my order not being able to be completed and the delay in shipment. I had to reach out to them to get that information. I didn't get an apology, but rather a form response back. I still haven't received my shipment and it has been a month since I ordered it. I will not be ordering anything from Soccer.com again.
I dont know how else to warm you! Ive been thru HELL with this company. They are LIARS! Shipping says one thing and you wont get youre item for 2 months, still waiting. I call and they promise to reinburse me 10% (what a joke) for the inconvenience and still NEVER got it! Call them again and they cant find my order. I ordered my husbands Soccer Jersey a month before the World Cup... looks like Ill hell be getting it when the World Cup is over. Im so sad his gift didnt work out. Just stay ways regardless if u get 20% off, which I didnt use but keep getting emails for... ugh! Not worth the stress. And he time on the phone. They dont care or will do anything to help you!
Within a literal 2 hour period, I called to cancel an order and was told that my order was in the "processing" stage. The website says that the order was merely submitted, but I asked for clarity on what "processing" means. I was told that the order couldn't be modified or canceled in anyway and they don't accept returns on customized items, but their order form forced me to select a number to put on the back of the shirt. This company will not be receiving anymore of my business and I suggest anyone else stay away.
Why did I get a pair of puma socks when I ordered a pair of superflys? Their customer service is dreadful aswell. 40 wait times just to get in contact with them. And the worst part is that you need to contact them in order to get your return shipping label.
I posted the below review on soccer.com and got an email stating that they couldn't post it. Twice now, they removed my reviews because it was negative.
Called to cancel order because it took much longer to ship than stated. Was told they cannot cancel even though it's not a personalized item. Asked to speak to a manager and of course the manager was "unavailable" and was told the manager would call me back. Never heard back from the manager. Worst customer service ever!
I got custom uniform for my son's club soccer. Soccer.com sent one email with custom order, and another email to the other parent with a gift card as the club was paying for part of the uniform (very snicky, why not apply the discount directly? Why send emails to different parents?). Well, the order was done without the gift card. In the same day, we sent an email to their customer service to add the gift card. They were so unresponsive that when they responded the order was already processed and shipped and they couldn't help anymore. Simply horrible customer service! Not acceptable. Will never purchase with them again.
I had placed an order on November 11th, and my order was bound to arrive in middle to late November so I was very hopeful since the world cup season is starting soon. Few days had passed on my scheduled delivery day, so I went to check on the website about my delivery and item details. Turns out the my item hasn't even been shipped yet and the they are processing backdrop on my item. I call customer service for details(They weren't very nice), customer service assures me that my order will be delivered by January 19th. A whole month after the world cup has ended. Please don't lie about item selection in your website.
I ordered a pair of cleats for my son. We needed them fast so I had them overnighted. A week past no cleats. I called they are back ordered. I canceled the order. Fast forward 7 weeks and cleats show up and 156.00 is taken from my account including over night shipping. This also overdraws my account. Bank charges me 40.00 overdraft fee. I called and she said yes we see you canceled the order it must have been a glitch in the system. We can return money for cleats but not overnight shipping fees. (Which took 7 weeks). Or overdraft fees. I never received one email. It's been 10 days and still have not received my refund. Terrible company! A joke to the soccer community. Can not believe people still order from them. They did not even try to make things right. Stay Away!
Our club directed us to order our children's uniforms from soccer.com. We followed the size chart provided on the web page, and even ordered up to ensure that the uniforms would be big enough. The size charts are obviously completely wrong, because the uniforms that we thought would be big are actually at least one size too small. Soccer.com will not allow us to exchange, and they will not accept any responsibilty for the fact that the uniforms are not as advertised. I should file a chargeback, but our club has offered to buy the too small uniforms in the hopes that they can re-sell them to another player.
Clubs and leagues should avoid ordering from this company at all costs.
I order two pairs of cleats in 2 different orders. I received 1 pair and the other pair got returned to them. I called 5 times to asking them when they will re-delivery the items? The customer service just keep telling me that they will resend the item after they receive the return order. USPS tracking shows they have delivered the return item a week ago. I called them again in 6th time, they still told me they have not received or scanned the returned item yet. It will take another 1-2 weeks to process it and resend me the cleat. This is ridiculous! I requested for a refund, and they also told me that they have to confirm of receiving the item before issuing the refund, it will the same as they said another 1-2 weeks. I don't know how the heck is this company SOCCER.COM still in business. If you want to order something from SOCCER.COM, make sure you have a lucky day, or pray for youself...
At first I was looking at these bad review and it was worried but when my Messi Jersey arrived is legit I didn't take long to arrived. It took about 1 week to arrived. I don't know what these bad reviews are about.
Don't ever buy from this company, costumer service is the worse part, they even apologize but been sarcastic... if you ask to speak with a manager they said they will call you back and offcourse if costumer service treat you like that, manager never calls... we will never purchase from them anymore.
I order a pair of cleats on June 17th, the day they were released to be ordered. These shoes had a ship date of July 20th. This is common for some new release cleats to have back order ship date. I called on July 20th to check and was told they are in stock but will be shipping next week. At this point i could have ordered these shoes from England and still gotten them. Soccer.com told me they would be shipping soon. The cleats did not ship a week later. I called and was told the new date was August 25th. August 25th came and no shipment. I call and now the shoes are out of stock. Soccer.com has gone to complete crap.
AVOID THIS SITE! They have a horrible return policy and garbage customer service with attitudes... you have to wait about 2-3 weeks to get an exchange and they do not bother to accommodate their customers. I will NEVER shop here again.
I placed an order for my daughter's soccer uniform. After I placed the order I got a notification that her jerseys wouldn't be sent for a month and a half. I called that day to cancel my order no one answered the phone sent an email nothing finally spoke to someone 2 days later. They wouldn't cancel my order! She will get to use her uniforms for one game! That's an expensive uniform for one game. I understand do to COVID everything behind but do the right thing if you can't get the uniforms there in time cancel the order. They absolutely refused to do so! Very disappointing that they are taking advantage of us during this time! I would highly suggest never using this company

I purchased $250 worth of soccer balls across two orders - one was 'delivered' to my address apparently, and the other couldn't find my address. It's a quite simple address - no N or SW in the address, just a simple lay out.
After speaking to TWO different representatives in their "customer service" department, I doubled checked they had my correct address, and that I knew where I lived!
One representative in particular (Tracy) was highly sarcastic in her tone, and routinely "scripted" offered nothing but insincere excuses after I stated my problem very nicely, with an understanding that I the customer is not satisfied in the BEAR MINIMUM of the customer service being offered!
After this debacle, I issued a full refund, which I don't even know I'll receive as we're in the "tracking trace period" Tracy explained stating 3-5 days! Really poor form Soccer.com
