I can't recommend it, I bought the uniform for my son's soccer team on Friday. The type of freight I chose gave 3 business days before purchase. After purchase for being customized is giving a period of 14 days. This is lying, deceiving. I still had a freight promising delivery for the next business day. This is complete nonsense and lack of respect

This company went way out of their way to make my experience fantastic. Multiple levels within the company not only reviewed my feedback but personally reached out. I have used them since and have continued to experience wonderful service. I think they should be applauded for listening and reacting.

Only to find out its a email asking to charge my credit card because they made a mistake calculating my shipping fees. They want to charge an extra 27.00 on shipping because their site made the mistake.
I told them to own it to their mistake and cover it. But they said no.
WOW.
Trash company that doesn't care about its customers.
So they cancelled the order afterall.
I ordered a pair of cleats for my son late evening. I tried to cancel the order in the morning because they were the wrong size but I was told they had already shipped despite not having that information emailed to me. It took a week for me to get them. By then I had already ordered another pair from another site and had them in hand. I returned the shoes the day we got them. A week later they have barely gotten them in the same state. I will have to wait another week for them to return my money to my card. This is absolutely ridiculous and they don't seem to care that it takes three weeks for this entire process. They don't seem to care that I as a consumer will never purchase another item from this site because of the lack of customer care they take.
I was charged a third time for my order during Christmas. And now waiting for my refund for the second time. Even though the third time it was an unauthorized transaction, I still have to wait 5 days for the refund. I will never again purchase anything from this site. Also, I have requested for them not to have my debit card information any longer. I hope they do that as they tend not to care about there customers.
Started ordering from here about 15 years ago bc it was local (25 miles away) and had a great selection, comparably. Shipping had always been pricey and abysmally slow but they were the only game in town- so I sucked it up. Fast forward to today- we rarely order from here unless mandated by our sons' soccer clubs for uniforms, but one son happened to find a pair of cleats he liked and still had a Soccer.com gift card to use. Mind you, we live 25 miles away, 8 days after shipping, still not here. Painful, painful, painful experience. Shoes ended up being back ordered, delayed and then delayed even more somewhere between the handoff of Fed Ex and post office- no one can tell me where they are or their arrival date. Cmon man, you have got to do better than that. I like to support local, but this just reiterated my decision over the past few years to look elsewhere for better service. Hate to say it, but save yourself a headache and frustration and shop elsewhere.
I just order with this company for the first time. There was a promo code for free shipping when you order a fan jersey. I ordered a jersey and entered the promo code. I realized after placing the order the website still charged me shipping. I just called to ask why and the lady was rude and said I didn't order the right kind of jersey and HUNG UP on me. Will not be ordering with them again.
Don't even get started with this company. No control over processes, service, quality, care... Placed an order for a birthday present with 3 weeks until that birthday. Site showed shipment to be within 3 business days, and delivery within another 7 days. When I didn't get it by the 12th day, called and waited for 3 hours to get someone live on the phone, only to be told I didn't pay at time of ordering (as if I could actually place the order without paying!) Subsequent emails and calls only got the products delivered 2 1/2 weeks later, almost 4 weeks after initially indicated delivery date!
The site is promoted by our local club. Recommending to them to find an alternative. And, NEVER giving them a penny again.
BTW, couldn't give a rating less than 1 star. They don't even deserve that!
Ordered my childs gear 9 months ago. After 10 + phone calls and 10 + emails we still dont have our gear. Missed shipped dates and over promised. Ive been a customer since the early 90's. DO NOT BUY from them. Have your team go elsewhere. #LOYALSoccer. Comcustomer
Soccer.com is a scam. They have yet to figure out a workaround for Covid resulting in very late arrival times for orders. Customer Service, from what I can tell is not on duty as advertised. Buyer beware!
If I could give it no stars, I would. We have purchased from soccer.com in the past with few issues. This time made up for all the times with no issues. We placed an order with express shipping and did not receive in the allotted time. When we called about it the first time, we were told it was most likely a fedex issue. We were supposed to be contacted by someone in support letting us know where the cleats were, no call. We called back two days later and were told the exact same thing. We called once again two more days later. This time we were told the same thing. After speaking with supervisor Hosea, we got a lot of double talk. They can not issue a credit because they do not know if the cleats have been shipped. In other words, they have lost the cleats. We were then told that he would send a replacement pair, but they are no longer in stock. They have our money and we have no cleats. They have lost a loyal customer.
I ordered gear 3 weeks before my season with a team rep. After I completed the order, I never received an email confirmation... like I had on previous orders. I talked to the rep again and they said "sorry, but I have it processing now and I can't rush the shipping bc it has already processed". I'm waiting another week for it to arrive and nothing has shown up yet, so I called back today. It still hadn't been processed and now some of my items are unavailable and backordered. We had uniform items in the order, balls and all kinds of stuff. This is a huge problem for us and all I got for that was "sorry", no discount or remedy.
This company provides shoddy merchandise, poor customer service and takes forever to receive items. Our club recently started using Soccer.com after our local vendor closed last year. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had receiving an online purchase. I have emailed and called. I was promised to have a missing item by August 17. It's August 19th and still nothing. The funny part is that I placed the order on July 24th. I cannot understand why a company like this is still in business. Please someone open a competitor and put these guys out of business. They are terrible.
When signing up my 7 year old son for soccer, this site apparently found out the name of the team and sent me an email saying I had to purchase the "required" uniform. Required was in big red letters and so being the first time I had signed my son up with this particular organization, I bought $127 worth of merchandise. When it didnt show up before the first game, I went to the coach to explain and he told me it was a complete scam and not to buy. When I contacted the company, they told me on the phone I could cancel the order but then emailed me the next day and said they cannot cancel any orders once placed. I tried to contact the company via email to get it resolved and they would not respond. This is an immoral company that preys upon families who are just trying to give their children the opportunity to enjoy sports as part of their childhood. Shame on this company and the people who run it. Despicable.
In this day and age when fast shipping is the reason to choose a vendor, I am shocked that it is going to take one month to receive uniform. That is just crazy and the longest we have ever had to wait.
My son's school ordered special order gear through this site. Most parents received the navy blue instead of royal blue. This was a special order and navy was not even an option we could have chosen. The call center told all of us that we must have selected the wrong color. It took forever to get the "wrong" item and no apologies or offer of discounts were forthcoming. My son received the right color jersey 3 days after the end of the season. I had to pay twice for their mistake. I wouldn't pay 5 bucks for a $300 dollar pair of soccer shoes from this awful site. Between the cluttered homepage and the awful service... never again.
When we placed the order 1 month ago, we expected my daughter to be able to wear the gear for her games. The items are not in production and not scheduled until mid-October. The last game is 31 October and the items are not scheduled to arrived until after. The call attendant, after a 25 minute wait, was supet rude and did not offer any solutions, only stating no refunds or returns over and over. I will never spend another dollar there!
Worst customer service ever and looking to rip people off who are ordering youth soccer uniforms for their kids. Great way to start a customer relationship. 1st - screw up order form and place an unnecessary item in uniform set that i need for my kid. Didn't even think twice about it since the button was to order the set needed for our soccer club, which was a total lie! 2nd - send 2 jerseys of different size. Would be somewhat understandable if both are youth sizes, but 1 is a youth medium (which is right) and the other is an adult medium. I'm sure i checked the sizes in the order box. 3rd - call up customer service seeking refund/exchange for wrong size. But they refuse to accept responsibility and are happy to accept an order for another uniform. LOL! My goal this season is to spread the word that this site sucks and that every team in our league should use a different vendor next year. Thanks soccer.com for the crappy customer service!
I was sent wrong size cleats was told to go to FedEx to return. I had to buy a box at FedEx to return. They refused to refund me the cost of the box to ship it back, even though they shipped the wrong size. No my son won't have his cleats in time for Christmas. I've been a customer since it was Eurosport and will not be buying from them again!
My son received a soccer jersey as a gift and I was told the only way to exchange it was for me to purchase a new jersey and when they receive the big one back, they would issue me a credit. Well, 6 weeks later, still no credit and come to find out they credited the person who gave him the gift. Customer service was ridiculous and being placed on several lengthly holds they told me I should ask the person who gave my son the gift for my money?! Never buying anything from them again.
