Ordered my sons uniform over 3 weeks ago since it's required to order from them. They shipped out everything but one item that he needs to play his games. I called to ask where that item was and they said that I have to call PayPal to release the funds since it has been over 10 days, what? It took 20 for them to ship the other items so that didn't make Sense. I called PayPal and they told me that is not the case that soccer.com was charging people before it delivered which is against PayPal policy and they closed their account since people never got their items, now my son doesn't have his Game uniform,
Have to purchase team uniforms through this site. Did not receive full kit despite selecting full kit, paying for full kit (per quote on team site). When I tried to rectify the situation, they said I did not order the missing item (despite a screenshot showing that it came up as a required item and demonstrating that there was no way to place order without selecting ALL items and specifying sizes). Now paying for missing items. Several parents from team had similar issues. Customer service and quality control lousy.
Ordered team jerseys in July or August 2016. Still have not received 2 of the jerseys 2/5/2017. After several emails back and forth and numerous excuses they still have not sent the correct jersey and certainly no refunds either. This company is a rip off. Do not order from them!
I ordered an arsenal top from here it came damaged and they said I could get £4 off my next order if I brought two more tops. I just wanted a top that wasn't damaged or my money back still waiting to this day. If you write a bad review on the site they just take it down..
My boys have been let down twice by soccer.com orders have been cancelled and the shipping is always incorrect even though I paid the correct they think I don't. I had to call internationally I kept getting put through to different people and no one wanted to help it was all too hard in the end the order is cancelled without my permission disgusting service
soccer.com might be the worst company ever. Pay overnight shipping for my son's Christmas present and is been already a week and still nothing. Don't use them! Rude and poor customer service definitely they don't have any inventory on hand and looks like they are a dropshipping company (nothing wrong with that just be clear with inventory, shipping times etc).
I ordered several items - which were shipped to the wrong address and automatically returned by the Post Office. Soccer.com docked the refund amount, and then charged me more for the same items when I had to reorder. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service and their phone line keeps cutting out, which means I have to restart the process. Order from someone else if you can.
I've been ordering soccer cleats for my son from soccer.com for years now, he plays soccer all year around and he's been through many pairs. They have always delivered my orders in timely manner and accepted my returns. I've always been able to get through in the phone and talk to someone who is able to respond to my questions. I'm stunned by the negative reviews, I've never had a problem and in fact they've been a great resource for me. I will continue to order from Soccer.com, I know I can trust them.
$20 "Loyalty" rewards gift certificate, but they now put expiration dates on them. Mine expires in a week but there isn't anything to buy! I'm a USA/Italy/Arsenal fan and they don't sell ANY shirts or jerseys in XL. I asked for an extension on my loyalty rewards until they get more inventory and they said NO.
Going to find a new website selling soccer.
This company provides awful customer service. Paid for 2 day shipping and it's been 2 weeks and they continue to tell me that items will be shipped the next day. They won't cancel orders or give refunds. Stay away from this company
They took multiple authorizations without disclosing at time of order. When I called, they stated that I should have called to place my order rather than ordering online. What type of online retailer does this! Clueless employees and terrible service in addition to deceptive practices.
I ordered a teams worth of Nike jerseys (12) with customization and after three weeks and multiple phone calls later I discovered the order was never sent to the customization department. Was I billed over $400.00? Yes! Did I receive $#*! for it? NO! This place is a joke! Never again!
Ordered shoes. Get confirmation email. Get hold on credit card. Week later no shipping. I call and get the jokes on you customer service. I was seriously looking around for the hidden camera as I could not believe the complete incompetence of Brittany. When she finally figures something out she says she needs to email the shipping department as it shows out of stock. You need to email them? Really? Can't call them. Either way I ask why I was not contacted about the item not being in stock. How does the company not send me an email to explain this. She responds with the only way she would know they were out of stock is if I called. So I ask in order to find out about shipping I have to call to check on my order and she says Yes. Holy mother of God. You run a business by making people call to see if they items they ordered will actually ship? How about some inventory software that doesn't allow items to be oversold and in the rare case it does you EMAIL the customer.
If I could give this company a ZERO I would. Entire team jerseys in gold color delayed 6.5 months without warning! Also on another occasion ordered soccer jersey for my 50lb child and got wrong items twice! Received adult XL jersey in blue and then shorts came to me with #5 instead of #56 written on them. Only took 2 months to get this order corrected! Customer service manager told me she is not familiar with statistics when I asked how much longer will it take until I receive the correct order. Obviously poorly educated and u don't even need a high school diploma to work at this place!
I ordered some equipment on August 25th. It's December 29th. No update whatsoever. I called customer service twice, and their response was that they don't have it yet. Attached is my order. Unless you enjoy ordering things that never arrive, please avoid this site like the plague.
My son's club orders their kits through this site, I ordered everything as soon as we received the link back in May (to avoid the summer crush on uniform orders). Unfortunately, brand change meant the sizing was totally different. I didn't let my son wear anything until late August when training started and was shocked to see how much smaller Puma runs than Adidas. I called & was very pleasantly surprised to find that they took everything back - even though it was personalized with his number & he'd worn 1 shirt & 1 pair of shorts. Not only that, but they've rushed the replacement order to ensure he has it all before his first games in just less than 2 wks. The customer service rep was awesome, very funny & the company went above & beyond to help us out. They even thanked me for placing the order so early because it helps them keep things from backing up. We'll definitely be ordering from them again, they deserve it for their assistance.
Really really bad. I have made 5 calls to soccer.com over the past two days to check on my orders that are late arriving. Everytime I call I talk with someone different and it's like starting from square one. Seems like the CS reps simply lie or tell 1/2 truths to get me off the phone. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Additionally $72 for a youth jersey. Come on. Maybe the club gets a cut of that. Either way its a real rip off. If the uniform was delivered complete and on time I wouldn't complain about the price. I would just accept it as the cost of playing club soccer. However, with all the problems it would have been much easier and less expensive ordering a uniform from China. Get your act together Soccer.com
I hardly ever write reviews, but the customer service offered by soccer.com is awful. It's as if they never trained their customer service employees. Twice, I called since I couldn't change my account information (which I need for checking out), and both times, I was hung up on since the employee didn't know how to resolve the issue. Furthermore, you'd expect them to also have decent etiquette and not give you a distasteful attitude. I've always ordered from soccer.com since they do offer great prices and good delivery, but this experience makes it very difficult to support a business that doesn't even train their employees on the expected protocol among all customer service positions.
The reviews of this company says it all but I'll add my experience because of how bad they are. Been over 2.5 months and still nothing. They shouldn't accept orders if they can't fulfill in a timely fashion. As a result of their ineptitude, I had to come out of pocket $150 to get soccer equipment that matched the color scheme and requirements of the league so she can play. What should have cost me $350 or so, is now a $500 expense
WEEKS behind in there orders, customer service awful cant answer any questions, manager suppose to call back never did and cant update website. Its showing my item would get on 9-4 and its 9-13 and I still haven't gotten it. Bad website and company if they would of at least called back like I was told or respond to emails but jeez soccer places lets go elswhere how about $#*!s they are awesome.
