She responds with the only way she would know they were out of stock is if I called. So I ask in order to find out about shipping I have to call to check on my order and she says Yes. Holy mother of God. You run a business by making people call to see if they items they ordered will actually ship? How about some inventory software that doesn't allow items to be oversold and in the rare case it does you EMAIL the customer.
