Worst Company ever!

soccer.com might be the worst company ever. Pay overnight shipping for my son's Christmas present and is been already a week and still nothing. Don't use them! Rude and poor customer service definitely they don't have any inventory on hand and looks like they are a dropshipping company (nothing wrong with that just be clear with inventory, shipping times etc).

Worst Company ever

soccer.com might be the worst company ever. My kids soccer club requires us to use them and they think they have a monopoly. Last year they didn't ship my sons jerseys until after the season was over and they wouldn't give me a refund. What a joke. Don't use them!

I was sent wrong size cleats was told to go to FedEx to return. I had to buy a box at FedEx to return. They refused to refund me the cost of the box to ship it back, even though they shipped the wrong size. No my son won't have his cleats in time for Christmas. I've been a customer since it was Eurosport and will not be buying from them again!

Purchased commemorative FIFA World Cup mini balls as gifts. Balls had a UPC sticker on them that tears and leaves ugly residue. Recommend not purchasing these balls from Soccer.com.

Lied about inventory.

I had placed an order on November 11th, and my order was bound to arrive in middle to late November so I was very hopeful since the world cup season is starting soon. Few days had passed on my scheduled delivery day, so I went to check on the website about my delivery and item details. Turns out the my item hasn't even been shipped yet and the they are processing backdrop on my item. I call customer service for details(They weren't very nice), customer service assures me that my order will be delivered by January 19th. A whole month after the world cup has ended. Please don't lie about item selection in your website.

Warning...

I ordered in August and finally getting my shirt in November. (Season is over, couldn't cancel order)It has a nasty brown water ring all over the front where they pressed the sticker. Stickers are very sticky and cheap looking.

At first I was skeptical to buy from them because of all the negative comments. I was presently surprised. I ordered Arsenal's authentic black kit on backorder. Was slated to get it in mid November. I got it a week after placing the order. It's very good quality. If I ever need another kit I will order from soccer.com

How this place stays in business is a mystery to me. They delivered one item of six for our daughters soccer season and never delivered the remaining items during the entire season. Multiple calls to customer service were followed by empty promises the rest of the order would be overnighted to us. This made our daughters entire season more stressful as she did not have the correct jerseys and had to keep requesting to borrow last years version from her other teammates. Here we are with a week left in the season, I'm trying to get a refund for items never received and their customer service solution is to put me on hold and never come back to the call. I tested and they left me on hold for over an hour before I hung up. If your club has the option try to find a better solution for your uniform needs these folks abuse and simply don't care about their customers.

Rude customer service

I just order with this company for the first time. There was a promo code for free shipping when you order a fan jersey. I ordered a jersey and entered the promo code. I realized after placing the order the website still charged me shipping. I just called to ask why and the lady was rude and said I didn't order the right kind of jersey and HUNG UP on me. Will not be ordering with them again.

Worst company to use
September 18, 2022

We have been waiting almost 2 months for my childs uniforms. I have called and they can not give me any information. All they could tell me is sorry for the delay. We ordered july 21 and it is now September 18 and still nothing. Website states will ship on Aug 31 and arrive September 15. My sons season started September 10 and can not play because of this. I understand staffing and everything but cut off orders if you can not full fill the current orders.

Don't waste you time&$

I ordered 4 pairs of socks, a pair of shin guards, and a soccer ball. I got a reply acknowledging my order and that shipping was backed up and expected shipping was two weeks out. And I would receive a email when it shipped. They supposedly had the ball I wanted for cheaper than other places. So I thought I would wait. Well that shipping date came and no response so I called. Only to hear there was nothing they could do. Cancel the order or wait. Finally 3 weeks after my original order date I got an email saying the ball was no longer in stock and they issued a refund. A few days later I got an email saying the socks were shipping. Then two days later I get the same email apologizing that the shin guards were also no longer in stock and they issued a refund. Neither refund included tax or shipping which was an additional $20. So now a month later I'm waiting on four pairs of socks, that cost $20 more then they should of. Which Amazon sells for the same price and free shipping.
Needless to say, if they ever do show up I will return them for a full refund.
What a scam!

We ordered my daughter's soccer uniforms more than 8 weeks before her season started. We were to receive the order August 8th after placing the order July 7th. Here we are a month past the shipping date and nothing! We spent over $325 with this company. I have called & emailed weekly and have not gotten anywhere with this disgrace of a company. This is a racket and maybe arguably fraud!

Deceiving

When I purchased my 9 items for $250, the shipping date was 10 business days. I paid $10 extra for expedited shipping. After a week of waiting on my order, I called customer service. The estimated arrival time is in 40 days, which is almost the end of the soccer season.

What a joke!

Do not use this company! It takes them 6 to 7 weeks just to ship a product that is NOT on backorder. When I called them to see if the ship date showing on the site was correct, they were very nonchalant is saying "yes, that is our typical ship time". When I complained that I ordered my kids soccer jerseys 4 weeks before the season started and now we would not receive them until past the mid point of the season, they replied "that is our typical time to get an item shipped and it says that on our website". In this day and age, how can it take a company 6 to 7 weeks to ship a product? This does not include shipping time... this is just the time to package the product! DO NOT USE THIS SITE OR COMPANY! They are a complete joke!

Terrible Company! Avoid!

Terrible experience all around every year and season with this company. NCFC Youth uses this company for jerseys... they are never shipped on time, requiring us to by something else as a substitute because game jerseys don't arrive before their first game, despite ordering on the first day it was possible to order, 8+ weeks prior to the season starting. Can you believe that? Numerous times we've received the wrong size jersey or shorts. Customer service is non-existent and if you do get an agent, they are not empowered to do a single thing for you. Company is based on the boons of North Carolina, that should tell you something.:-(

False Inventory Claims

Products they claim to have in stock and are ready to ship are, in fact, not on hand. When I contacted customer service 12-hours after placing the order, they indicated they could not cancel the order. Stay the heck away from this store if you cannot wait a month or more to receive your products

Don't buy

Their website says there's a 30 day return policy but that is absolutely not true! I tried to cancel an order 3 hours after ordering it (since there would be a 6 week delay) and they wouldn't cancel it. I told them that I would just return it when it comes in. They said they wouldn't take a return. Customer service was not helpful at all. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else anywhere else!

We've ordered our children's soccer uniforms from Soccer.com for 10 years. There has never been a positive experience. The shipping is usually delayed. Customer service employees are not empowered to help customers. I wish we could buy the uniforms somewhere else. Also, what's up with the marketing loyalty program - I think it best you turn it off - I've been a Gold Goal Club member for 10 years and spent thousands of dollars - why don't I ever qualify for free expedited shipping?

What a sham. So much to say but so little time. I am not one to leave reviews but this companies policies are not only bad customer service but likely even illegal they are so flagrant. I will take it up with my credit card company now. Ugh.
