Lead times are ridiculous. When you pay $20+ for 2-day expedited shipping, you would expect that the items would be received in less than a week. Incorrect. I waited almost 3 weeks for uniforms, which were missing a jersey. Replacement jersey was shipped out in about 4 days. Also ordered a pair of cleats (paid expedited shipping also) that I never received. I called after 3 weeks, and the CSR could not tell me why they hand't been shipped. Will never order from this company again. They are run absolutely horrible.

Poor Service

I love the shirt, but Soccer.com service stinks. I received half of the order with a note stating that the second half would be sent separately. It never showed up. I prepared the shirts that did show up with numbers and logos, not realizing it would be a waste of time and money. I now have half an order that can't be used, out of all that money and time. I am very upset about this. I have to order expedited shirts from a different vendor at my cost. I am out so much money on this. When I tried to post this review on their site, they deemed it didn't match their requirements for posting.

We ordered out kit with just a few days to spare (so long as we paid extra for expedited shipping) to make our tournament. After no delivery, I reached out only to hear "they may be a delay due to some restructuring and clean up in our warehouse." Wait, what? My order is delayed because you decided to clean up a little bit? Shouldn't you be doing that on your own time? Perhaps make it knows that there are some planned delays and it may take longer? After this, I simply requested to option to have uncustomized kit sent, they didn't even bother to answer that question. Then I get a message that my order shipped! Amazing right? No, it was ONLY the backpack. Oh but they were so kind as to then send another email saying the items will be be delayed AGAIN. This time, it was a convenient "unexpected disruption that impacted power, connectivity and technology in our fulfillment center." ok, which is it…. Are you cleaning, or do you have no power because your administration can properly plan for emergencies? Either way, we will miss the tournament. Thanks soccer.com. You guys are awful.

My son is in club soccer and we were required to order jerseys through soccer.com. Some came with logos that fell off and 4 months later we are still waiting on items. Their team has no idea when they will come and my son has already grew a size in the 4 months and needs a larger jersey which they won't switch. TRASH

We purchased a soccer jersey and shorts for our daughter, on two separate occasions through this site. On both occasions our daughters jersey was delivered snagged. The first time we just had her use it, and it unraveled a lot throughout the season. This most recent time there was a huge snag the size of a half dollar, so we sought a exchange. The company would not allow and exchange, only a return. They charged us $5.99 for the return, and when we repurchased a new jersey, we had to pay shipping all over again! We feel cheated and scammed!

Our team switched our uniforms over to soccer.com and it has bean absolutely horrendous quality and experience. Numbers are not evenly placed on the back, burn marks from being over pressed, the kits are super thin and cheap fabric. One of our teammates even had their uniform sent to them with numbers pressed onto the front of the jersey. NOW, first wash in on cold and low dry and its already peeling off and melted/snagged. Absolutely ridiculous and I'm mad I even have to give one star.

This is a marketplace. Good reviews of the products are credited to the manufacturers. Soccer.com only sells and delivers them, and these services are TERRIBLE, DISRESPECTFUL, and POOR in many ways. Spend your money somewhere else. There are many options out there, especially if your purchase is time-sensitive. Don't try customer service, unless you want to feel even more disrespected and unempowered.

Sent me used cleats
June 20, 2024

Sent me use cleats bottom plate with scuffed up studs were worn down and it was dried grass in the bag.

I've been trying to work with customer service for 3 days now I have emailed photos 3x but they keep saying that they cannot see my photos and have not received it. I've CC the emails to another email to make sure that the emails go through and they have. Finally called the 1800 Number they thhhen accused me of Wearing the cleats then taking photos. Why would I do that,, you have a 60 day return policy even after wearing.

Soccer.com, asked me for a review then blocks it. Save your money, spend it elsewhere

The company is awful, order elsewhere.
My child's uniform was finally delivered a few weeks before the soccer season's end, weeks of waiting!
Then, you will have the gift of being bombarded constantly with their advertising spam. It will compleely fill your email, you'll constantly have to delete and see their name over and over, after the bad experience, it's like salt in the wound. Stop the spam, you idiots.

Garbage company

I ordered some soccer shoes. They were on backorder > 1 mo which made me question validity of site. I then found reviews with length of backorder as very common complaint. Do a mont goes by, then my backorder gets pushed back another month and a half. When I emailed to complain and cancel, the customer service rep had the nerve the "mansplain" what backorder means. As the line goes in Office Space goes — Soccer.com "can you tell me what you do here?" If you don't have inventory, or efficient shipping, or good customer service, what do you do here?

I placed an order Dec.21, it was supposed to be shipped out the 22 of December. I figured holiday season,Christmas is a few days away it will take some time to ship. I have been calling, emailing everything! Just to find out they are not sure what they have in stock! I received a email in regards to me choosing a do size, when I made the call to them to choose a different size the representative said she don't see ANY sizes available. I just went back on Soccer.com and see 4 sizes available! They are a lie, a cheat, and bad business! If I was able to give a negative star, I would have! Horrible customer service and an all around horrible experience! Now I have to wait to see if they can find the shoes or find my money to get a refund!

Ordered jersey of advertised professional soccer player. Sizes way off. Wouldn't exchange sizes said it was customized. Didn't customize a thing. Simply ordered as advertised. Notwithstanding thin low quality material. Worst company I've ever dealt with in terms of ordering professional Jersey. Please go elsewhere. You will regret it if you don't.

Got the Shaft

Ok cleats, but zero customer service

Ordered cleats that said were in stock and would ship same day. Great we needed them asap, but that wasn't the case. It took over a week, shipping was slow and they definitely didn't ship them the same day. Tried to contact customer service but never received any response. Never again. I'll order from a more reliable place next time. I left a negative review on their site but they rejected it because it "didn't meet their criteria". So they are dishonest too.

I placed my order on 8/12 and it was stated that it would be shipped out 9/2 and received by 9/7. On 9/8 no order received so I placed a call. 40 minutes of being on hold, I was told that they warehouse was backed up and my inquiry would go to management. The very next day I got an email that my order was shipped out that very day. So good news is that I got the uniform but wonder if I never made that call we'd still be waiting. The bad news is that I also received an uniform kit that did NOT belong to us. So some poor kid in another state is still waiting on theirs because it was delivered to me. I emailed soccer.com to hope they can make this right for that player but I also took the initiative to reach out to that soccer club to see if they have a faster solution (because I'm not optimistic from these reviews and my experience) that they'll fix this problem for that poor kid quickly. Why did my soccer club switch to this company, I have no clue, but I would certainly not recommend.

It took them almost 2 months to ship my son's Jersey and that was after I called five times to inquire about the delayed shipment. Finally I was told because the customer service representative was feeling in a good mood he would expedite the shipping. We received the jersey, my kid wore it for a few hours, and one of the numbers began peeling. We still haven't received the shorts and socks we ordered 2 months ago. They refused to refund my money but said they would ship a new jersey. At this rate, the new jersey will arrive after the end of the season.

My son is crying because

So the company has two choices:
Option #1:
Pay better wages and hire more workers. Orders will be filled in a timely manner.
Option #2:
Don't let your huge profits slip- delay the deliverables by weeks after orders are taken. Let children go to games with no jerseys for weeks after orders are placed. Drink more rationalization.

Not the same

I have been using soccer.com for at least a decade for my kids multiple cleats, uniforms and gear. I just bought my husband some cleats and they were too narrow so I went to return them. Had to pay for the shipping myself and they even said in small writing "if there is a shipping label with product they would deduct that from your return. Well I didn't have a label so it really made bo difference since either way I would have to pay for the shipping. I looked at my refund and they deducted the amount anyway! Won't be using soccer.com ever again. Too many reputable and fair companies out there to purchase these items from. Too bad. It's just not the same.

3 months?!

I ordered my son's uniform THREE months ago, and it's STILL in shipment. I think they're using a bicycle to do deliveries. This is after it took two full month to even get around to shipping it! I can't imagine how this company is still in existence. I hope to God the uniform is the correct size (also super weird measurements on their site, so I can't be sure we got them correct in the first place), and that the uniform is not damaged somehow. I tried emailing for a ship date, and they ignored the first email for a month. I emailed again, and two weeks later got a generic response that they have high volumes. Yes, so don't take on orders you can't get out in time! One of the worst companies I've had to encounter.
