So I ordered the t-shirts that were suppose to arrive Dec. 26th 2017, it never arrived.

I even used the tracking number they gave, checked online AND called USPS and spoke to a representative. I even called snorgtees and was ignored because their "customer service" is for you to leave a msg and won't get back to you.

I emailed customer service and told them about not receiving my shirts and all the steps already. They only responded with "We shipped your shirts already."

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? NO. I don't have my t-shirts and even USPS is baffled by that tracking number you gave me. DID YOU FORGET TO SEND IT?

The customer service only gave a 2 line response to the things I know already, the "tracking number" instead of looking into the problems for you.

I don't play that game. Reporting this company as a fraud to my credit card company. Let's see visa block Snorgtees for all their future transaction as fraud and who has the last laugh.

SHIP MY DAMN T-SHIRTS.

I purchased three t-shirts from SnorgTees at the same time and was surprised to find they each were made of a different material/blend.

One is, in my opinion, a great blend that seems to hold it's shape and size well over time and repeated washings.

Another was a decent blend that does ok, but tends to lose it's shape after repeated washings.

The third was 100% cotton which became about a size too small to wear after the first washing. The dryer is where it probably shrank as we wash in cold water only.

I went back to the site and was disappointed to find no detail about the material for each shirt and even more disappointed to find their return policy is pretty poor as they will not accept returns for a worn shirt at all.

I'm definitely happy with the service and two of the three shirts but I probably will not shop here again as long as there is no indication of what material the shirt will be made of when I receive it.

Cannot tell what T Shirts are made out of. Got two for Xmas and the material is inferior and cheap. I warned the ordered about the quality. Buyer beware.

I have received the package (10 tshirts + 2 hoodies), but had the following issues:
1. The local delivery company never attempted to contact me
2. I had to pay 58.7 USD tax to receive the package
3. The tops were in a card board box without any packaging, along with a bad smell

I understand that you may not be able to control or foresee the issues faced with local laws and delivery providers (even though you could pressure USPS to do so), but I m sure you could have used some sealed plastic packaging to make sure the tops arrive preteen.

Each time that I have ordered from SnorgTees the selecting process and the buying process have both been easy to navigate and helpful (such as the photographs of models with each tee on). As I live in the UK the delivery time has been a little slow (as is to be expected from overseas packages) generally averaging around a 1.5 to 2 week wait. However, after all is said and done, these guys are great and produce new products all the time. Will definitely be buying from them in the future. Keep up the good work :D

Every time I order from SnorgTees, I am pleased with the results. Their shirts are very well-made and last a long time without fading. My wife is still wearing one of their shirts four years after I purchased it. Delivery is prompt. The one time I had to make an exchange, there was no problem.

I live in New Zealand and we don't have anything like this over here. The site is well set up and the shirts are great. Just take my money already!
Seriously I have been buying shirts at SnorgTees for 3 years they are the only place I buys tees!

Quick response from customer support, but then only one, not two correct shirts sent to fix problem. So required more emails than I would have liked, as well as mailing back the wrongly sized shirts. Hassle. I've been ordering tshirts from Snorg for almost 5 years (I buy them for my student lottery out of my own pocket, for myself, for my family -- have surely spent well over $1000 over the years), and this is the only mistake Snorg has made, so that's pretty good:-). I do wish Snorg had a better reward system: the points do little. Thanks.
